Зараз ми у пошуку Finance Operations Manager — фахівця, який візьме на себе повну відповідальність за фінансові процеси: платежі, звітність, автоматизацію та взаємодію з банками й аудиторами.

📌 Зони впливу:

💳 Treasury & Payments

• Проведення платежів (партнерам, співробітникам, постачальникам) через банківські перекази, платіжні картки, електронні гаманці тощо
• Обробка запитів та взаємодія з банками і платіжними системами, включаючи KYC та compliance перевірки 
• Моніторинг залишків на рахунках, підготовка щоденних звітів по коштах, звірка банківських виписок
• Відкриття та адміністрування рахунків компанії, ведення переговорів з фінансовими установами, забезпечення відповідності фінансовим вимогам
   

💼 Payroll Accounting

• Щомісячне нарахування заробітної плати
• Підготовка звітів по зарплаті та бонусах для затвердження
• Ведення даних по заробітній платі у внутрішній HRM-системі
• Співпраця з HR та іншими відділами для збору та перевірки інформації
• Взаємодія з зовнішнім бухгалтером по ФОП
• Підготовка первинної фінансової документації (інвойси, акти, договори)
• Комунікація зі співробітниками щодо запитів, пов'язаних із зарплатою
   

📊 Звітність & Аналітика

• Формування та виставлення рахунків (інвойсів) партнерам
• Формування та передача повних пакетів документів зовнішнім бухгалтерам для ведення обліку та звітності (банківські виписки, підтверджувальні документи)
• Внесення платежів та витрат до системи обліку
• Звірка банківських виписок та розрахунків із партнерами
• Проведення фінансового аналізу витрат та підготовка управлінських звітів
• Контроль витрат на сервіси, підписки та регулярні платежі для забезпечення ефективності та відповідності внутрішнім політикам
   

🧠 Кого ми шукаємо:

• 3+ роки досвіду у фінансах / трежері / звітності (бажано в digital, fintech, iGaming)
• Вміння працювати з банками, відкривати рахунки, проходити KYC, готувати комплаєнс-відповіді
• Досвід із платежами (банківські перекази, картки, крипта)
• Рівень англійської — Intermediate+
• Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets (формули, аналіз, зведені таблиці)

Фінансова стратегія та планування

Управлінський облік та звітність

• Формування управлінської звітності (P&L, Balance, Cash Flow)

Ми шукаємо Risk Manager, який допоможе нам зміцнити систему управління ризиками та формувати тренди на фінансовому ринку.

Ключові завдання:

• Контроль дотримання вимог Стратегії управління ризиками, в т.ч. операційним ризиком, ризиком ліквідності та ризик-апетитом в цілому.
• Виявлення, моніторинг і пом’якшення суттєвих ризиків відповідно до встановлених лімітів ризик-апетиту.
• Аналіз операційних та фінансових процесів в Товаристві в розрізі Політики та Стратегії управління ризиками.
• Співпраця з головним комплаєнс-менеджером щодо розробки внутрішніх документів в сфері управління ризиками.

Вимоги:

• Вища економічна або фінансова освіта.
• Досвід роботи у фінансовому секторі від 3 років.
