Requirements 

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering in high-load environments.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role (managing teams of 20+ engineers).
• Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud) and understanding of global network routing.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and a desire to drive Cloud-Native transformation.

We are looking for a Compliance Specialist for the PSP department of a European fintech company.

The company provides a unified financial platform for individuals and businesses, including multi-currency accounts, international transfers, crypto-fiat solutions, payment cards, and digital asset management.

The company also operates as a Payment Service Provider, offering payment infrastructure and acquiring solutions for online businesses, including high-risk merchants and iGaming clients across Europe.

The team is distributed and international, with a predominantly Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking working environment.

What you will do:

• Support AML/CTF compliance and KYC/KYB onboarding processes for corporate clients across EU jurisdictions
• Work with onboarding of merchants, payment systems, financial institutions, and business partners
• Review, validate, and verify onboarding documentation
• Conduct KYC/KYB checks and support compliance control procedures
• Work with risk scoring and decisioning models for crypto-fiat gateways, on-ramp/off-ramp, OTC, and card-linked products
• Monitor licensing requirements, regulatory updates, and compliance obligations across relevant jurisdictions
• Maintain and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Ensure internal processes remain compliant with AML, CTF, and broader regulatory requirements

We expect:

• Proven experience in Compliance within PSP / payments / fintech companies
• Experience with EU jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of AML, CTF, KYC/KYB, merchant onboarding, and compliance procedures
• Experience with high-risk industries will be a strong plus

The company is growing projects in the iGaming / gambling niche and is now looking for a Junior SEO Specialist who already has a solid SEO base and wants to grow further in a structured, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:

• Collect and cluster semantic keywords for casino, betting, and gambling-related projects
• Work with keywords for different GEOs and understand basic search intent differences
• Filter irrelevant keywords and prepare structured keyword lists
• Analyze competitors at a basic level, including headings, page structure, bonuses, content blocks, and meta elements
• Prepare content briefs and recommendations for writers based on competitor analysis and SEO requirements
• Review content prepared by writers and check whether it matches the brief and SEO logic
• Publish content through a website builder using basic HTML
• Support basic on-page optimization, including internal linking, page structure, text updates, and metadata
• Write and update title and description tags with an understanding of how they influence CTR and search visibility
• Monitor positions and traffic using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SPYSerp, or similar tools
• Track growth, drops, and changes in rankings or traffic without panic and report them clearly
• Support the SEO team with routine operational tasks and follow agreed processes

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1.5 years of commercial SEO experience, not only internships or courses
• Basic understanding of SEO principles: indexing, ranking, crawl budget, search intent, and on-page optimization
• Ability to work with semantic keywords, clustering, content briefs, and basic competitor analysis
• Understanding of how to identify simple hypotheses behind traffic or ranking growth and drops
• Confident Google Sheets / Excel skills, including filters and basic formulas; VLOOKUP is a plus
• Basic HTML knowledge and ability to publish or edit content through a builder

Mandatory Requirements

• Solid experience with Node.js/TypeScript is ideal, but we also welcome experts in other OOP
languages such as Java, Python, C++, C#, or Go.
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming techniques
• Experience with distributed systems and messaging systems (Apache Kafka, gRPC)
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), columnar databases (ClickHouse), and
NoSQL technologies (DynamoDB, MongoDB)

As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are looking for a Sales Manager in Europe to strengthen our sales motion in the European market. The mission of this role is to attract new B2B clients and sell customer support outsourcing, multilingual support, back-office operations, and AI-enhanced customer support solutions to companies across Europe.

The working schedule is full-time, remote, and Europe-based.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Qualify and manage B2B leads (inbound, outbound, and referral) across the European market;
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their support needs, volumes, languages, channels, SLA requirements, seasonality, pain points, budget, and procurement process;
• Prepare commercial proposals together with the delivery and operations teams;
• Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management and Delivery teams;
• Maintain CRM hygiene: deal stages, next steps, decision process, stakeholders, forecast, close date, and risks;
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, client feedback, vertical trends, and common objections;
• Contribute to improving the sales process, ICP, messaging, outreach logic, and proposal structure.

Needed experience & skills:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in CX, BPO, customer support outsourcing, contact center, managed services, SaaS for customer support, or a closely related field;
• English level - C1 or higher;
• German level - B2 or higher;
• Experience selling to the European market;
• Experience with deal sizes from 70k to 500k+ ARR;
• Hands-on experience with B2B sales processes: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing;
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;
• Ability to manage longer sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong ownership, structure, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with RFP or tender processes;
• Existing network among Heads of CX, Customer Support, Operations, or Procurement;
