We are working on a large, high-priority software project under significant time pressure, with a team of >10 developers working in parallel. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead who takes full ownership of execution: tracking daily progress across the team, staying in sync with the business side on shifting customer demands, identifying where things are stuck, continuously re-setting priorities, and making sure the timeline holds even under demanding scope and a tight schedule.

This is not a role for someone who manages from a dashboard. We need someone who talks to developers every day, understands technical blockers well enough to challenge estimates, removes obstacles before they cost a day, and keeps constant pressure toward the deadline without letting quality slip. You are also the bridge to the business team: you know what customers are asking for right now, translate that into tickets and priorities, and keep both sides aligned on what's realistic. You are the person who knows at any given moment exactly where the project stands, who is behind, why, and what needs to happen today to fix it.

Our product is a complex SaaS solution in the ERP space, where many individual modules work together to form a complete solution for businesses. Accordingly, technical understanding that goes beyond pure project management is essential: you should be able to realistically estimate ticket effort yourself - particularly in PHP and Angular - so you can meaningfully challenge developers on time estimates and architecture decisions in conversation, rather than simply accepting them.
The ideal candidate has led development teams of comparable size before, understands the specifics of large, modular SaaS/ERP systems, can push people while keeping them motivated, is comfortable working closely with business stakeholders to keep tickets in sync with evolving customer needs, and treats an ambitious deadline as a problem to be solved rather than a reason to lower expectations.

Main responsibilities:
- Own the ongoing delivery of a project with highly specialized industry-specific processes
- Track progress against the timeline continuously, not just at sprint boundaries
- Stay in close exchange with the business team to understand where things stand and translate changing customer demands into synced, prioritized tickets
- Identify bottlenecks, blockers, and slipping tasks early, and resolve them directly

We are the founder plus a team of about 4 freelancers: developers, a designer, an HTML email developer, and a project assistant. Our work spans custom web development, email campaigns (SendGrid), and technical consulting.
 

The founder currently runs all operations and client communication personally. We are hiring the person who will take that over.
 

## The role
 

This is not a coordination job. You will own delivery outcomes, not just pass messages between people. Our current team is good at executing what they are asked to do — your job is to define what "done" means, verify it is actually done, and make sure nothing reaches a client unchecked. The founder remains the primary relationship holder with clients; you keep the projects moving underneath that.
 

Concretely, you will:
 

1. Handle routine delivery communication with clients in written English — status updates, clarifications, scheduling, handoffs. Strategic and relationship-level communication stays with the founder.
2. Coordinate our freelancers: assign work, set deadlines, unblock people, follow through without being chased, manage Kanban boards well. 
3. Manage client WordPress sites hands-on: build new page sections out of existing elements, edit and update content, and handle routine site management — plugins, updates, users, backups.
4. Run email campaigns in SendGrid, including making small edits directly in HTML email code.
5. Perform final QA on everything before it reaches a client: websites, emails, social posts, designs. You are the last line of defense.
6. Handle hosting and infrastructure basics on Cloudways and Cloudflare — DNS records, deployments, small fixes.
7. Make small edits in Figma yourself, so minor changes go back to the client fast instead of waiting on the designer.
8. Verify scheduled social posts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) go out on the right account, at the right time, with zero typos.
9. Use AI tools as a daily working instrument to figure things out, draft, debug, and check your own work.
10. Build and maintain the checklists and SOPs that make all of the above repeatable.

ABOUT THE ROLE  

As a Delivery Manager, you will ensure smooth execution of technical deliveries by maintaining structure across tasks, builds, and milestones, while acting as a key coordination point between engineering, QA, and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role combining delivery coordination, build and deployment execution, and technical troubleshooting. You will work closely with teams to ensure builds are consistently delivered, tested, and available for review, while keeping communication clear and expectations aligned across all parties.  

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING  

Delivery & Coordination  

• Maintain structure and visibility across ongoing deliverables, tasks, and milestones.   
• Track ownership and deadlines, follow up on progress, and ensure timely execution.   
• Participate in internal and external meetings to capture requirements, decisions, and action items.   
• Document outcomes of discussions to ensure clarity and continuity for the team.   
• Maintain clear visibility of delivery status, dependencies, and potential risks.   

• Support prioritization and coordination across teams without direct managerial authority.   

   

Technical Execution  

Work with existing tools and pipelines to:   

• Create and manage builds.   
• Deploy builds to target environments or devices.   
• Prepare builds for internal testing and stakeholder review.   
• Perform sanity checks, smoke testing, and basic validation of builds.   
• Distribute deliverables to stakeholders and collect feedback. 
• Troubleshoot build, deployment, or environment-related issues where possible.  

• Act as a practical technical support layer for delivery and release activities.   

   

Communication & Stakeholder Support  

• Serve as a point of contact for delivery updates and build availability.   
• Translate technical progress into clear, structured, and actionable updates.   
• Ensure alignment of expectations between technical teams and stakeholders.   

• Support transparent and consistent communication across all involved parties.

    

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU  

• Strong hands-on technical background (software, tools, or build systems relevant to the team).  
• Experience with build systems, deployment workflows, or CI/CD pipelines.  
• Ability to set up, run, and test builds independently.   
• Comfortable working with existing tools and adapting to new ones quickly .  
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  
• Professional proficient in spoken and written English (knowledge of English is required, as the company is international and it is necessary to communicate in English with foreign colleagues daily).  
• Excellent organization and task-tracking abilities .  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
• Comfortable working across disciplines (engineering, QA, stakeholders)   
• High attention to detail and follow-through.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director to lead and scale our client delivery across automation and AI programmes. This is a senior role responsible for end-to-end client delivery oversight, client success, team leadership and ensuring our work delivers measurable business value. You will act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, own programme governance, manage delivery risk, and help shape UAI Labs’ delivery standards, operating model, and growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple client programmes, ensuring quality, value and outcomes
• Act as senior escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies and challenges
• Lead programme governance, planning and reporting across complex engagements
• Ensure AI solutions are delivered in accordance with Client’s governance, security, compliance, and ethical AI standards
• Partner with clients at senior leadership level to align delivery with strategic objectives and support Client’s with defining and tracking programme success metrics and business value realisation
• Oversee business cases, roadmaps and prioritisation of automation initiatives
• Manage and mentor business analysts and project teams
• Ensure consistent use of delivery standards, documentation and best practices
• Balance scope, timelines, budget and resource constraints across programmes
• Collaborate closely with technical leadership to align solution architecture design and technical delivery
• Support pre-sales, proposals and shaping of new engagements where required

• Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tooling and ways of working

   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher academic qualification) in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Programme Management or Business Transformation roles
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream programmes or portfolios
• Strong background in client-facing delivery and senior stakeholder management
• Experience owning governance, financials, resourcing and delivery risk
• Ability to operate confidently with C-suite and executive stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing delivery budgets
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering automation, digital transformation or AI programmes
• Exposure to operating models, process optimisation, or transformation initiatives as well as lean and six sigma frameworks
• Delivery experience running agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience working in high-growth consultancies or scale-ups

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, ServiceNow or RPA tools

Ми шукаємо не Scrum Master, не PMO і не software-only Project/Delivery Manager.

Ви координуєте внутрішні та зовнішні команди розробки, усуваєте блокери та тримаєте під контролем усі залежності між стейкхолдерами. У фокусі роботи:
– планування та координація реалізації партнерських і внутрішніх сервісів від старту до продакшну;
– управління кількома проєктами одночасно з контролем термінів, залежностей і домовленостей між командами;
