      Engineering Management

    • Implement robust monitoring, testing and security frameworks.
       

      eCommerce Integrations

    • Integrate CDP, web & mobile analytics, A/B testing systems, email/push messaging.
    • Lead SEO & performance optimization efforts.
    • Collaborate with marketing to support product-led growth.
    • Plan for future ML/AI features (search, personalization, automation).
       

      Team & Process

    • Build and lead a cross-functional tech team of 20+ engineers, QA, architects.
    • Implement Agile/Scrum workflows from the ground up or restructure current ones.
    • Foster a strong engineering culture focused on accountability and innovation.
    • Develop hiring and evaluation processes.
       

      Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Partner with the Product Owner to align discovery, delivery and release cycles.
    • Collaborate with analytics to make data-driven architecture and product decisions.
    • Act as a bridge between design, product, tech, marketing and support.

       

      Who We're Looking For
       

      Must-have:

    • 5+ years in CTO / Head of Engineering / Tech Lead roles in B2C, eCommerce or TravelTech.
    • Proven success in full-scale system migrations from legacy to modern stack.
    • Experience building and managing engineering teams of 20+ people.
    • Hands-on experience setting up Agile/Scrum and scaling engineering processes.
    • Strong product mindset: you understand UX, conversion, and product metrics.
    • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (confident communication and presentations).
       

      Nice-to-have:

    • Experience implementing ML/AI solutions in eCommerce.
