What Youβll Do

- 2+ years of proven experience as a Team Lead in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and React.
- Experience designing and working with REST APIs.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, queries).
- Hands-on experience with RSpec and Capybara testing.
- Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- English: B2 level or higher (written and spoken).

Experience
Required Skills:- Senior-level proficiency in Rust, with a strong track record of shipping production code
- Experience contributing to or leading open-source projects
- Familiarity with workflow engines, scientific computing, or large-scale computation
