Ми шукаємо AI-інженера/інженерку в BRDO, який/яка долучиться до створення AI-модулів для національних цифрових платформ і допоможе перетворювати великі державні дані на корисні рішення для громадян і держорганів.

BRDO розробляє та впроваджує державні цифрові сервіси і політики, що змінюють ключові сфери життя в Україні. 
 

AI у наших проєктах використовується для:

• профілювання та сегментації користувачів державних сервісів;
• персоналізованих рекомендацій (сервіси, послуги, програми підтримки, навчальні можливості тощо);
• генерації індивідуальних маршрутизованих сценаріїв/траєкторій взаємодії з державою;
• оцінки релевантності, навичок, досвіду або відповідності критеріям програм;
• аналітики, прогнозування та виявлення трендів у відповідних секторах.
   

Основні задачі:

• Розробка AI-пайплайнів і сервісів для описаних вище процесів.
• Моделювання та обробка навичок/кваліфікацій або інших структурованих даних за європейськими класифікаторами (наприклад, ESCO чи аналогічними).
• Побудова системи моніторингу, метрик і feedback-loop для моделей.
• Розробка датасетів та бенчмарків для AI-модулів державних платформ.
• Тісна співпраця з продуктовими командами, бізнес-аналітиками та архітекторами.
   

Вимоги:

• 3+ років досвіду у ML / NLP / GenAI.
• Практична робота з LLM (включно з fine-tuning, prompting, pipeline-building).
• Python, PyTorch або TensorFlow.
• Досвід роботи з клауд провайдерами (Google Cloud, AWS).
• Розуміння inference-оптимізації (quantization, batching, streaming).
• Досвід роботи з пайплайнами та фреймворками оркестрації (LangChain, LangGraph, n8n).
• Вміння будувати метрики, аналізувати якість моделей та проводити A/B-тести.
• Аналітичні навички та ініціативність.

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід з відкритими мовними моделями: Qwen, Gemma, Mistral, Phi тощо.
• Робота у доменах метчингу, рекомендаційних систем, HR-tech.
• Досвід побудови моделей для класифікації навичок/професій або робота з ESCO.
• Оптимізація inference на GPU (vLLM, sgLang).
• Досвід роботи з data pipelines і оркестраторами.

Основні обов’язки:

1. Data Analytics & Engineering:

• Інформаційно-аналітичний супровід: пошук, вивантаження та обробка великих масивів даних (DWH) для забезпечення «чистоти» та репрезентативності аудиторських вибірок.
• Advanced SQL: розробка складних запитів, оптимізація існуючих скриптів для підвищення швидкодії та точності аналізу.
• Data Visualization: створення інтерактивних дашбордів (BI) для візуалізації результатів перевірок та аномалій у зрозумілому для менеджменту вигляді.
• ML & QA: тестування, валідація та перевірка ІТ-рішень на основі Machine Learning, що впроваджуються в банку.

1. Continuous Audit & Automation:

• Розробка алгоритмів безперервного аудиту: створення моделей для автоматичного виявлення ризиків, порушень та шахрайських дій у режимі реального часу.
• Моніторинг ризиків: здійснення постійного контролю операцій та дій персоналу в базах даних для виявлення відхилень від стандартів внутрішнього контролю.
• Взаємодія з IT: формування технічних завдань на вдосконалення аудиторського ПЗ та автоматизацію контрольних точок.

1. Audit Management & Leadership:

• Керівництво перевірками: управління аудиторською групою, розробка стратегії, планів та програм аудиторських процедур.
• Стейкхолдер-менеджмент: організація та проведення зустрічей із профільними підрозділами банку, презентація результатів та узгодження рекомендацій.

• Звітність та Follow-up: підготовка фінальних звітів та резюме для керівництва, а також контроль за якістю та вчасністю виконання наданих рекомендацій.

   

Основні вимоги:

• Вища освіта
• Релевантний досвід: 1+рік досвіду на позиції Data Analyst або системного аналітика (бажано у банківській сфері)
• Досвід SQL (Advanced): впевнене володіння T-SQL, PL/SQL або PostgreSQL. Досвід написання складних запитів (JOIN, агрегації, віконні функції, підзапити) та їх оптимізація
• Досвід Data & BI: розуміння архітектури сховищ даних (DWH), принципів ETL-процесів та досвід побудови інтерактивних дашбордів у BI-інструментах
• Досвід QA & Testing: розуміння методології тестування (UAT, системне тестування), вміння складати тест-кейси та описувати дефекти
• Математика та статистика: ґрунтовні знання статистики для оцінки вибірок та валідації ML-моделей
• Методологія аудиту: знання міжнародних стандартів внутрішнього аудиту (МСВА/IIA) та нормативних вимог НБУ (зокрема Положення №311)
• Банківські процеси: розуміння специфіки кредитування, фінмоніторингу, операційної діяльності та банківських ризиків
• Знання англійської мови на рівні Upper-Intermediate (B2) для спілкування з ТОП керівництвом

• Буде перевагою досвід Python/R: знання мов програмування для аналізу даних та роботи з бібліотеками (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
