Requirements:
• Strong curiosity about AI and automation and motivation to continuously learn.
• Basic understanding of AI tools (e.g. LLMs, automation platforms, data tools) and how they can be applied in business processes.
• Analytical mindset and ability to break down workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Basic technical skills (e.g. working with APIs, automation tools, spreadsheets, or scripting is a plus).
• Experience in operations, data analysis, product, or technical roles is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Self-driven and proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or data analysis.
• Experience implementing internal tools or process improvements.
