Business Development, Publisher sales (French speaking)
Every French-speaking market is open territory for Floxis: French markets & France, publishers and agencies.
You will be the person who opens it. You will prospect, pitch, negotiate and close in French, then work with our team in English to get partners live and growing. You report to the CEO, with no sales layer above you and no SDR team feeding you leads.
Your priority is offering companies white-label infrastructure to sell own inventory via programmatic pipes, PMPs, PGs, RTB, SDK, VAST, GAM etc. Also, we offer white-label DSP, SSP solutions for publishers, ad networks and agencies that want their own branded exchange without building one.
You will talk to founders, CEOs and heads of monetisation about owning their infrastructure, their margins and their demand relationships.
What you will do
- Outbound and pipeline, about 40% of your time. Build the target list across Mexico, Spain and Latin America, reach out by email, LinkedIn and phone, and turn cold names into qualified meetings. Keep the CRM honest.
- Selling, about 25%. Discovery, demos, proposals and negotiation with decision makers, with the CEO alongside you on pricing and structure.
- Onboarding, about 15%. Work with our ad ops and engineering teams to get new partners live without the deal stalling in setup.
- Partner growth, about 10%. Stay close to the partners you sign and catch problems before they turn into churn.
Market presence, about 10%. Regional events, local industry communities and LinkedIn, and telling us what French markets and France want.
What we look for
- Experience selling to publishers, ad networks or agencies in ad tech: SSP, exchange, ad network, monetisation platform or agency side.
- Native or near-native French, and professional English, written and spoken.
- Existing relationships with clients in French-speaking markets.
- You understand SSPs, header bidding, Prebid, SDK and how an exchange makes money, well enough to explain a white-label exchange to a publisher's CEO and to know when to bring in engineering.
- You run your own time and pipeline, and you keep at least three hours of daily overlap with Central European Time.
Useful but not required: selling in both France and French-speaking markets, web, app or CTV inventory, CRM and e-signature tools, a network at regional events, and (if you are interested) French for conversations that cross into Brazil or other markets you can cover.
What we offer
- 100% remote, from any country.
- Fixed base salary plus bonus (12 month commission on every deal).
- 24 days of paid time off, as a floor rather than a ceiling.
- The territory, the pipeline and the number are yours.
- A direct line to the CEO on every meaningful deal.
