Due to the rapid growth in the number of our projects, we are expanding our Electronics Development Department and are looking for a Middle RF Electronics Engineer to join our team. • Core requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in RF design and demonstrated participation in full product lifecycle — from schematic design to validation
• RF and Analog Circuit Design
  • Design and analysis of low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), mixers, oscillators, power amplifiers (PAs), filters, and matching networks
  • Proficiency in S-parameters, impedance matching, and network theory
  • Knowledge of RF layout considerations: controlled impedance lines, ground planes, isolation, and coupling minimization
• Microwave and Antenna Systems
  • Understanding of antenna theory, RF propagation, and waveguide structures
  • Experience with antenna integration, matching circuits, and feed network optimization
• Signal Integrity and EMC
  • Familiarity with parasitic effects, crosstalk, return loss, and reflection coefficient management
  • Awareness of EMC/EMI standards and compliance design techniques
• Measurement and Testing
  • Hands-on use of: Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes with RF capabilities, Power meters, noise figure analyzers, and S-parameter test setups
  • Ability to perform RF characterization
• Simulation and Modeling
  • Competence in RF simulation: S-parameter analysis, transient and frequency-domain simulations
  • Knowledge of thermal and mechanical influences on RF behavior

Required Skills

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or currently enrolled as a student in the final years of the program.

• Embedded programming expertise with C/C++, experience developing on embedded MCU’s such as ARM cortex M series.

• Understanding of embedded wireless product design including software, firmware, and hardware drivers.

• Intermediate English level or higher (written / spoken).

As A Plus

• Experience of developing embedded applications / product software (SDK) for wireless communication standards.

• Experience with software test and continuous improvement.

• Understanding of low power wireless communication technology including protocols / stacks such as Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE, Zigbee, Thread, or WiFi.

• Experience with GitLab.

• RISC-V experience.

• Experience with JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Implement software roadmaps (embedded applications and SDK) for our expanding range of low power wireless IoT SoCs, including Bluetooth, WiFi, HomeKit, Thread, and Connected-Home-over-IP.

• Enable selected RTOS and open source platforms on Telink’s RISC-V family of IC’s to cater for the needs for both vertical and long tail markets.

• Development of high-performance embedded software, continuous improvement and excellent software quality and performance across a wide range of wireless SoC hosts.

• Collaborate, discuss and develop new technologies and approaches with technology partners and customers.

Your Profile

As a System Engineer — Capacitive Touch in our Lviv team, you’ll play a key role in revolutionizing Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions. From designing advanced prototypes to collaborating with customers and showcasing innovative demos globally, you’ll be at the forefront of creating the next generation of sensor technologies.

Your Role

• Develop the advanced system concepts, Customer demos and Prototypes for the innovative HMI products using different sense techniques, like capacitive sensing, inductive sensing, light sensors, etc
• Develop the concepts and early prototypes of new sensor applications with a strong focus on the automotive market
• Meet our leading customers, show demos and collect/analyze feedback
• Visit our customers/leading exhibitions around the globe, like Embedded World, Electronics World Expo, The Battery Show, etc
• Participate in the new product definition/feature discussion

Your Profile

• A university degree in Computer science, Electronics, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in embedded/instrumentation systems
• Experience with the overall system-level designs like hardware, software, firmware, system architecture algorithms
• Deep knowledge in sensor mixed signal electronics like various types of the ADC, DAC, differential signaling, low-power, low-voltage circuits, etc.
• Fluency in C and strong knowledge the embedded firmware coding best practices
• Hands-on experience with lab debug equipment, such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, protocol analyzers

As a Systems Engineer — Motor Control and Power Conversion in our Lviv team, you’ll create innovative demos and concepts for leading customers using advanced microcontrollers and power electronic components. From optimizing motor control algorithms to designing DC-DC conversion applications and collaborating on prototypes, you’ll drive innovation and performance improvements in cutting-edge technologies.

Your Role

• Develop, optimize and fine-tune motor (BLDC, PMSM) control algorithms for sensor and sensor-less configurations
• Design motor control and DC-DC conversion power electronics
• Develop, optimize and fine-tune DC-DC conversion applications like battery chargers, various switching power sources
• Work with PCB layout designers to ensure schematic, component placement and routing accuracy accordingly to the power circuit design best practices.
• Coordinate prototype preparation, engineering validation and design testing
• Contribute to innovative ideas for motor control performance improvement, system integration improvement, components and module re-use for the different features and overall cost reduction

Your Profile

• A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electric Drive, Electric Mobility, Control Systems or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in the field, past work in developing microcontroller/DSP based systems for motor control application is preferred
• Familiarity with modern DC-DC conversion topologies
• Hands-on experience with lab debug equipment, such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, protocol analyzers
• Schematic entry in CAD (Cadence Allegro, Altium, KiCad) would be plus
• Proficiency in C (need to develop/modify/debug code for microcontroller) and relevant development tools for microcontrollers /DSP (e.g. Keil, IAR, Code Composer Studio)
• Proficiency in English (B2 minimum)
