About the Role

What you'll actually do

You'll own content strategy and production for 2-3 client projects at a time. That means you're responsible for the full picture: what content gets created, why it gets created, and whether it performs.

Day to day, that looks like:

• Running keyword and topic research to find what's worth writing about (and what's not)
• Creating content that ranks in search AND gets cited by AI models. These are two different problems, and you'll need to think about both.
• Building and using AI-powered workflows for content production. We don't write everything from scratch — we use Claude, custom prompts, and other tools to move fast without losing quality.
• Analyzing existing content against our quality scoring framework and figuring out what needs to change
• Working with the team on content audits, industry page creation, and site-wide SEO improvements
• Communicating with clients directly on content progress and strategy (preferred, not mandatory from day one)

You won't just be writing. You'll be thinking about why a page isn't performing, what signals AI models use to decide who to cite, and how to structure content so it works for both humans and machines.

Who this role is for

You've done SEO content work before. Maybe at an agency, maybe in-house. You understand how search works, you can write well, and you've started using AI tools in your workflow — not as copy-paste, but as a way to work smarter.

More specifically:

• You understand SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization. You don't need someone to explain what a SERP is.
• You can write clearly and with purpose. Not keyword-stuffed filler. Actual content that answers questions and sounds like a thinking person wrote it.
• You've worked with AI writing and research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, or similar). You know how to prompt, edit, and improve AI output — not just accept whatever it gives you.

Шукаємо Content / Marketing Manager, який відповідатиме за реалізацію маркетингової стратегії: організацію процесів, координацію команди та підрядників і доведення задач до результату.

У цій ролі ти будеш працювати за вже сформованою стратегією та пріоритетами від Marketing Strategist і фокусуватись на якісній та своєчасній реалізації маркетингових ініціатив.

📌 Основні обов’язки:

Реалізація стратегії

• Реалізація маркетингової стратегії та задач, визначених Marketing Strategist
• Декомпозиція цілей у конкретні задачі та контроль їх виконання

Створення контенту

• Координація створення контенту: блог-статті, лендинги, кейси, SMM, Youtube, SEO
• Створення працюючої контент машини 
• Організація запису клієнтських інтерв'ю (разом із Sales / Customer Success) та оформлення їх у кейси

Дистрибуція контенту

• Ведення та розвиток SMM (через постановку задач і контроль)
• Наповнення та актуалізація профілів у каталогах (G2, Capterra тощо)
• Організація збору та публікації відгуків клієнтів

Landing pages і performance

• Координація створення лендингів разом із SEO та PPC спеціалістами, контроль їх відповідності задачам кампаній 
• Постановка ТЗ на тексти та дизайн
• Самостійне наповнення та оновлення ключових сторінок сайту (лендинги, продуктові сторінки)

Менеджмент задач і підрядників

• Постановка ТЗ копірайтерам, дизайнерам, SEO/PPC-фахівцям, SMM, розробникам, відео 
• Робота з аутсорсом: пошук, брифінг, контроль якості
• Управління дедлайнами, пріоритетами та якістю виконання

Комунікація

• Отримання пріоритетів від Marketing Strategist та їх трансформація в задачі
• Комунікація з командами розробки, продажів і Customer Success
• Збір інформації про продукт і клієнтів для створення контенту

✅ Що ми очікуємо:

• Досвід у маркетинговому проджект-менеджменті від 2 років
• Організованість, уважність до деталей і здатність доводити задачі до результату.  
• Практичний досвід управління задачами: планування, декомпозиція, постановка ТЗ, контроль виконання і дедлайнів
• Розуміння принципів Проджект Менеджмента Agile (Scrum, Kanban) та досвід їх застосування
• Впевнений досвід роботи з таск-менеджерами (Jira, Notion, Worksection або аналогами)
• Розуміння SaaS-маркетингу (контент, SEO, SMM, performance) та юніт економіки
• Досвід роботи з CMS
• Досвід роботи з підрядниками (постановка задач і контроль результату)

За три місяці в рамках Creative Marketing Internship в тебе буде можливість побачити зсередини як працює команда Ruut та зануритись в теоретичний та практичний процес створення креативів з нуля для різних каналів трафіку.

Після стажування у тебе буде комерційний досвід роботи зі країнами Tier 1 регіону, який ти зможеш внести до свого CV та можливість потрапити до команди після успішного проходження.

Ключові вимоги до кандидатів:

• Рівень англійської — Upper-Intermediate (B2) або вище.
• Системне та структурне мислення.

• Розвинена емпатія та розуміння аудиторії.
• Активний користувач TikTok / соцмереж із розумінням трендів і форматів контенту.

Твої задачі під час стажування:

• Генерувати ідеї для креативів, які залучають нових користувачів через performance-канали (TikTok, Meta та інші).
• Аналізувати існуючі креативи: що працює / не працює, які меседжі «чіпляють», які формати варто відсікати.
• Готувати чіткі брифи для дизайнерів та продакшену (структура відео, ключові меседжі, референси, хук).
• Тісно працювати з командами Design, User Acquisition та Growth, щоб швидко запускати й масштабувати переможні зв’язки «аудиторія — меседж — креатив».
• Вивчати поведінку та мотивацію нашої аудиторії, перетворюючи інсайти на конкретні креативні рішення.
• Активно стежити за трендами в ніші, TikTok / Reels, конкурентами, щоб креативи були сучасними та релевантними.
• Формулювати, перевіряти та оцінювати креативні гіпотези — і швидко ітеруватися на основі результатів тестів.
