Зараз ми шукаємо SMM Manager / Content Creator, який допоможе посилити бренд компанії, системно розвивати соціальні мережі та створювати сильний експертний контент.

Що потрібно робити

• Вести та розвивати соціальні мережі компанії
• Формувати контент-план та реалізовувати його
• Створювати та публікувати:
  • Reels
  • Stories
  • каруселі
  • експертні дописи
• Організовувати та знімати контент разом із командою
• Працювати з особистим брендом експертів компанії
• Аналізувати ефективність контенту та покращувати результати
• Взаємодіяти з дизайнерами, маркетингом та керівництвом

Буде плюсом:

• досвід запуску таргетованої реклами

• SMM-спеціаліста з досвідом від 2−3 років у веденні соціальних мереж та створенні контенту

We create high-performing ad creatives for DTC brands running paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Creative Strategist who can turn product research and audience insights into concepts, hooks, and scripts that capture attention and drive conversions.

What You’ll Do

• Research brands, products, target audiences, competitors, and market trends to identify strong creative angles.
• Search for and develop creative ideas for Meta ads. We will teach you our internal research process and show you how to find scalable concepts.
• Write scripts, hooks, voiceover copy, on-screen text, and CTAs for short-form vertical videos.
• Develop multiple hook variations for testing different angles, customer pain points, motivations, and audience segments.
• Adapt creative concepts into different formats, including AI-generated videos, UGC-style videos, product demonstrations, testimonial-style ads, static-to-video concepts, and end cards.
• Analyze creative performance data and iterate based on results: identify what works, cut what does not, and develop new variations of winning concepts.
• Collaborate with video editors, AI video creators, UGC creators, and the performance marketing team.
• Stay up to date with creative trends, competitor ads, AI tools, and best practices for Meta advertising.

What You Should Be Able To Do

• Write a script that sells: a strong hook, a clear angle, a reason to keep watching, understandable product benefits, and a compelling call to action. This is the core skill for this role and is non-negotiable.
• Understand the fundamentals of what makes a Meta ad convert: hooks, pacing, retention, visual storytelling, customer objections, benefits, and the first three seconds of a video.
• Understand how short-form vertical video works, especially in a 9:16 format for Reels, Stories, and Feed placements.
• Think in terms of creative testing: develop several angles, hooks, and iterations rather than relying on one “perfect” idea.
• Conduct basic product, audience, competitor, and market research.
• Be comfortable using AI tools, or be a fast learner who is genuinely interested in experimenting with new tools.
• Communicate clearly in English and write natural, conversion-focused English copy.

Previous experience specifically as a Creative Strategist is not required.

Requirements

• English level: B2+.
• Strong written English skills. You will not need to communicate directly with clients, but you should be able to understand spoken English and follow what is being said in video content.
• Working hours: 10:00–18:00.
• Your own laptop and stable, fast internet connection.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple creative tasks.
• Attention to detail and willingness to receive feedback, iterate, and improve.
• Interest in performance marketing, Meta Ads, e-commerce, AI video tools, and creative strategy.

Mandatory Test Assignment

As part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a mandatory short test assignment.

The test assignment should take approximately one hour to complete. If your application is selected for the next stage, we will send you the test assignment and instructions via direct message.

The completed assignment must be submitted in a Google Doc. Please make sure the sharing settings are set to “Anyone with the link.”

Own organic acquisition end to end: what we publish, why it ranks, and whether it shows up when a buyer asks an AI assistant about our category.

🔍 Search fundamentals that still matter

• Own keyword and topic strategy for a B2B SaaS product with a long tail of CRM-integration and use-case queries.
• Know why classic ranking signals still count: the assistants people now ask (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) largely surface the same sources that rank in search. Strong conventional SEO is what gets you cited.
• Handle the technical basics — site structure, internal linking, indexation, page performance — or know when to escalate them.

✍️ Content production at real volume

• Build and run the AI workflows that turn our raw material — sales call recordings, support threads, customer reviews, product docs, competitor listings — into publishable articles, comparison pages, and integration pages.
• We'll hand you the architecture: where the sales meetings live, which sources to connect, how our stack is wired. You won't have to guess. What you will have to do is connect it, verify it, and keep it running.
• Hold the quality line. Everything you produce goes to our subject-matter reviewer, who should be adding a quote or a couple of touches — not rewriting your draft. Knowing the difference between an AI-generated claim that's true and one that just sounds true is the core skill here.

• Own rankings, organic traffic, and the share of that traffic that turns into trials — not just word count.
• Report what's working and what you're cutting, weekly.

🧠 What you bring

• 2+ years in SEO or content marketing, ideally for B2B SaaS. You understand ranking fundamentals, not just publishing cadence.
• You are a Claude power user — Claude Code or the desktop app, used daily for real production work. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have. We work in Claude, our internal agents are built around it, and we've found that people who work this way think differently about the job.
• You can wire up your own sources: connect tools, pull from APIs and transcripts, verify a claim back to its origin.
• You write clean, publishable English. Native-level not required; publishable is.
• You're comfortable being measured on output. Someone operating AI well should be producing an order of magnitude more than someone writing by hand.

• You've built your own agent, MCP setup, or automation that produced measurable output.
• You've done SEO for a product in a crowded integration/marketplace category.
