Jobs Content Manager

We’re looking for a Content Manager with at least 1 year of commercial experience, who’s ready to take ownership of website content, ensure high quality and accuracy, and help us maintain and scale our digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to keep our websites up-to-date, well-structured, and optimized for both users and search engines.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and updating content across the company’s websites via CMS platforms;
Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality of all published content;
Publishing news, articles, promotions, and other updates in a timely manner;
Writing and editing website copy, including landing pages, banners, and product descriptions;
Managing SEO metadata, including titles, descriptions, and alt tags;
Maintaining and organizing the media library (images, videos, documents);
Collaborating with developers and designers to ensure proper implementation and display of content;
Verifying formatting and responsiveness across different devices;
Coordinating translations and reviewing multilingual content;
Testing website functionality and ensuring correct display of graphics and interactive elements;
Creating and publishing tournaments, promotions, and other platform events;
Continuously improving content structure, usability, and internal workflows.

What we expect from you:
At least 1 year of commercial experience as a Content Manager or in a similar role;
Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms;
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;
Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization;
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information;
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment;
Proactive mindset and ownership of your work.

Nice to have:
Experience working with Django CMS (preferred);
Experience with WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Bitrix, MODX, OpenCart, Shopify, Magento, Tilda, or similar CMS platforms;
Experience working with multilingual websites;
Basic knowledge of graphic tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or Canva;
Understanding of website structure, UX principles, and best practices;
Experience working with gaming, iGaming, or digital product platforms.

Position Overview This role produces high-quality video, copy, and design assets for our clients, working closely with the Content Strategy Lead to keep every deliverable polished, on-brand, and performance-optimized. Ideal for early-career creatives eager to grow — high performers typically move to Content Specialist within 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

• Edit short-form videos and audiograms (Descript); upload final assets to Ordinal
• Produce branded graphics/carousels using Canva templates
• Write and refine LinkedIn post copy with strong hooks, CTAs, and audience relevance
• Use AI tools to align content with each client's tone of voice

Quality Control

• Proof deliverables for grammar, accuracy, and formatting
• Apply brand guidelines, client preferences, and LinkedIn B2B best practices
• Follow accessibility best practices (captions, readability)
• Apply design principles across graphics and video
• Follow the Content Evaluation Rubric, targeting "Exceptional" quality

Workflow & Collaboration

• Manage tasks via ClickUp and meet deadlines
• Flag blockers early; apply feedback promptly to reduce revisions
• Send client posts for approval at least one week before posting
• Produce monthly client reports; attend bi-weekly team meetings
• Escalate execution questions to the production team leader

Continuous Improvement

• Learn new tools/processes; share efficiency ideas in team syncs
• Apply insights from monthly reporting to future content
• Spot opportunities for stronger angles or framing in existing content

Success Metrics

• 95%+ of assets delivered on time
• <10% of deliverables need major revisions
• 4.5+/5 internal CSAT from strategist partners
• Growth in 2+ competency areas per quarter

Required Skills

• 3+ years video editing
• 2+ years graphic design
• Upper-Intermediate English (written & spoken)
• Ghostwriting/B2B copywriting experience
• PM tool experience (ClickUp, Asana, or Jira)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and independent execution
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude)
• Canva and Google Workspace proficiency (nice to have)

Desired Skills

• B2B marketing / LinkedIn content knowledge
• Basic motion design or audio editing
• Social media analytics understanding
• Agency or fast-paced creative environment experience
• Descript, Adobe, or Final Cut knowledge
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications (preferred, not required)
