Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting ArgoBrands’ product visibility, conversion optimization, and brand consistency across digital platforms. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, perfect for someone who thrives in detail-oriented execution, creative problem solving, and cross-platform thinking.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage products on Shopify, including adding new listings, updating content, and maintaining product accuracy.
- Import/export reviews and images between Amazon and Shopify.
- Add or remove products based on availability and marketing needs.
- Create custom landing pages using tools such as GemPages, PageFly, or similar.
- Build new pages from scratch or based on competitor inspiration.
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns and manage product feeds via Google Merchant Center.
- Manage and refine Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for product launches and promotions.
- Build and execute automated campaigns in Mailchimp and/or Klaviyo.

Responsibilities:- Create and implement effective UI/UX solutions for the product based on research and data collection, with a primary focus on user experience.
- Conduct market research, develop hypotheses, and introduce innovative solutions to enhance the user experience.
- Own the full lifecycle of your designs from initial concept to final implementation and post-launch outcomes; ensure the delivered product meets both user needs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to achieve business goals and improve the overall user journey.
- Work with products in the HRTech space or related fields, such as HRIS, HRMS, recruiting platforms, and corporate tools focused on the needs of managers.
- Develop and execute design strategies for B2B/B2C SaaS products.
- Design solutions that drive product development and help achieve business objectives at early stages or during scaling.
- Present your design solutions to teams and stakeholders, providing clear reasoning based on analytics, research, and user feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience with SaaS products: Practical experience working with B2B/B2C SaaS products and HRTech solutions.

Full-time, flexible, please start no later than 11:00 (on average 8 hours per day). The office in Kyiv is open from 9:00 to 20:00. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site and remotely. - How many vacation and sick days are provided? Annual paid vacation – 21 working days; Paid confirmed sick leave; 6 unconfirmed sick days/days off a year.
