We are launching a new AI division within a large creator-focused holding company with extensive experience in scaling digital creators across subscription-based platforms (Fanvue, OnlyFans, and others).

We are now translating this expertise into the field of generative AI and building an infrastructure for producing AI creators at a commercial, high-end content production level.

This is not a research initiative or an “AI experimentation” project — it is a production system with a clear economic model, scalability, and revenue generation.

What you’ll do:

• Create and train LoRA/custom character models
• Build consistent AI personalities with stable facial identity
• Generate photorealistic image content using Flux / SD / ComfyUI (or equivalent tools)
• Produce short-form AI videos with consistent character appearance
• Handle post-production and upscaling workflows (Magnific, Topaz, etc.)
• Optimize generation pipelines and GPU workflows (RunPod/Vast.ai)

What matters to us:

• Strong understanding of face consistency and identity preservation
• Experience with LoRA training and advanced AI workflows
• Ability to create content that looks indistinguishable from real photos/videos
• Attention to detail and production-level quality standards
 

We’re not looking for “prompt-only artists.”
We’re looking for technical creators who understand AI production deeply and can deliver consistent, realistic results at scale.

About the role

We are looking for a Game Artist who will bring casino games to life across multiple verticals: crash games, RNG table games, live dealer experiences, and slots. You are a "visual visionary" who understands that in iGaming, art is about "visualising the win" and building player trust through high-quality aesthetics. You will work within our specialised AI-First Art Production pipeline, using advanced tools to accelerate ideation while maintaining the "premium-by-default" quality. We value the final result and your creative thinking more than a specific software stack, as long as your output seamlessly integrates into our Figma-based workflow.

What you’ll do

•Asset Creation: Design and render high-quality assets, including character sets, reel symbols, and backgrounds tailored to the game's theme.

•Branding & Marketing Art: Create compelling game logos and game covers (store tiles/thumbnails) that capture the player's attention in crowded lobbies.

•AI-First Exploration: Follow our workflow: start with AI generation for research and ideation, then use our decision tree to polish, overpaint, or finalise the output to reach professional standards.

•Layout & Composition: Develop visual concepts for both Landscape and Portrait orientations, ensuring proper "safe area" management for mobile and desktop.

•Style Fidelity: Maintain strict adherence to defined style attributes (outlines, gradients, shading, perspective) while aligning visuals with the game’s core mechanics.

•Figma-Centric Handoff: Ensure all final assets are correctly uploaded to the Figma project file in both raster and vector formats, ready for the design and dev teams.

What you bring (Requirements)

Experience & Hard Skills

• 3+ years of experience in game art, illustration, or concept art (iGaming or real-money gaming Experience is a significant advantage).

• Strong Academic Foundation: Deep knowledge of academic drawing, including perspective, light, and shadow, colour theory, anatomy, and composition.

• Strong Portfolio: Case studies showing "game-ready" asset sheets (symbols, environments) with a focus on visual hierarchy and readability at small scales.

• Flexible Software Mastery: While we primarily use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator , we are tool-agnostic. The key requirement is the ability to deliver high-quality raster and vector results directly into Figma.

• AI Tool Literacy: Proficiency in using AI tools (Freepik, Midjourney, Gemini, or GPT) for rapid prototyping and assets like Recraft for efficient raster-to-vector conversion.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of texture atlases, 9-slice guides, and asset optimisation for web/mobile performance.

• English B1+: Ability to join reviews, discuss visual feedback, and document asset libraries.

Mindset & Soft Skills

• "Premium-by-Default" Mindset: A high internal quality bar for detail, logic, and visual consistency.

• Efficiency: Ability to work within a timeboxed "AI-First" exploration phase before committing to manual

adjustments.

• Responsibility: Taking ownership of the visual identity for game assets, the game logo, and the game

cover.

Nice to have

•Basic knowledge of Animation principles (to better collaborate with motion designers).

• Previous experience or basic understanding of Game UI/UX.

Tools we use

• Art & Design: Figma (Master tool for handoff), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Procreate.

• AI Stack: Freepik AI Models, Recraft, Gemini, ChatGPT.

• Project Ops: ClickUp (tasks), Slack (comms), Google Drive (delivery).

Additional information

•Location: Remote.

•Working Hours: Flexible 40-hour week, with mandatory availability between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM Kyiv

time.

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill level.

• Paid Time Off: 15 working days of annual leave + 10 paid sick days.
