• Lead technical stream of presale and upsale activities at N-iX: discoveries, assessments, solution proposals, and different kinds of workshops
• Closely collaborate with clients’ top management, including C-level
• Analyze the client's business requirements, challenges, and objectives
• Design tailored solutions that address the client's needs
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) from potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to estimate the cost of the solution and help in setting a competitive yet profitable pricing strategy.
• Identifying potential risks in the project, including technical, financial, and operational risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies, are important parts of their role.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand market trends and client expectations, assisting in crafting effective sales strategies.
• Provide technical consultation to both the sales team and the client, helping to clarify technical aspects and benefits of the solution.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to ensure the solutions proposed are innovative and competitive.
• Kick off new projects to establish architecture governance and enable best practices 
• Contribute to company growth by designing new services, offerings and establishing new expertise and practices 

Qualification:

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• 2+ years of experience as an Architect
• Experience in at least 2 core technology domains: backend/frontend development, data architecture, embedded/IoT system design, cloud architecture, enterprise architecture
• Proven experience leading consultancy services like assessments, discoveries, pre-sales workshops, etc
• Proven experience in building architecture from scratch for big enterprise companies or participation as an architect (team of 10+ people)
• Experience with different clouds – AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience in building scalable microservice-based architecture
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and implementations
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences
• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
• English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced

Desirable Professional Certifications:

• Architecture certifications (like SEI)
• TOGAF

Зраз компанія знаходиться на етапі активної конфігурації процесів ERP - IT Enterprise після базового розгортання, тому ми шукаємо Solution Architect - який глибоко розуміє як бізнес-процеси повного циклу, так і технічні особливості побудови ERP-систем, має стратегічне мислення та вже має успішні кейси впровадження проєктів з 0.

Обов’язки:
 

• Аналіз потреб бізнесу, оцінка архітектури застосунків IT Enterprise.
• Побудова архітектури рішень ERP відповідно до бізнес-вимог.
• Пошук і пропозиція оптимальних технічних рішень для проектів.
• Організація та документування архітектури застосунків і процесів.
• Розробка технічних завдань, моделей процесів, схем інтеграції.
• Планування розвитку ERP-системи відповідно до стратегічних цілей компанії.
• Консультації замовників щодо можливостей і функціоналу ERP.
• Контроль якості розроблених рішень, участь у тестуванні та впровадженні.
• Супровід міграції даних, налаштування модулів, інтеграція з іншими системами.
• Підготовка документації та навчальних матеріалів для користувачів.
   

Основні компетенції:
 

• 3+ роки досвіду на позиції Solution Architect, System Analyst або ERP Consultant.
• Практичний досвід з впроваджень проєктів з ERP-систем від ініціації до реалізації ( IT Enterprise, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Глибоке розуміння бізнес-процесів повного циклу.
• Досвід інтеграції ERP з зовнішніми системами (CRM, BI, інші).
• Володіння навичками моделювання процесів (BPMN, UML).
• Знання SQL, принципів роботи баз даних та API-інтеграцій (REST, SOAP).
• Стратегічне мислення та вміння формувати довгострокову ІТ-архітектуру.
