We are looking for a Solution Architect with deep expertise in AWS and strong hands-on technical capabilities to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. In this role, you will define AWS-first architecture, provide technical leadership to development teams, and ensure that solutions align with both business objectives and modern technology standards.

You will be responsible for setting the technical direction, overseeing implementation, and driving architectural consistency across projects. You will work closely with engineering teams and engage directly with executive stakeholders, including the CTO and other C-level leaders, to shape technology strategy and guide key architectural decisions.

You Have

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including Solution Architecture or Senior AWS Developer roles.
• Strong experience designing large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven workflows.
• Proven expertise building cloud-native and serverless architectures, ideally on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, IAM, EventBridge, SQS)
• Hands-on development experience with Node.js, preferably in serverless-first environments.
• Understanding of modern front-end ecosystems, especially React/TypeScript.
• Solid grasp of architectural patterns, API design (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), security best practices, and cloud governance.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, stored procedures, JSON-based schemas, and data modeling for modern cloud systems
• Proficiency with DevOps workflows and IaC (Terraform/CDK), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (ECS preferred over EKS
• High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to operate in a consulting / advisory model.
• Stack-agnostic mindset and ability to work with evolving technologies and adapt architecture decisions as the stack changes over time.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, validate architectures, and justify solution decisions with clarity and evidence

Job description - Senior HubSpot CMS Architect

Must have:

5+ years of CMS architecture experience, specifically with HubSpot, HubL (HubSpot Markup Language), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript.
Deep understanding of global privacy laws (GDPR), OneTrust cookie-consent configuration, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) trigger sequencing.
Database & CRM Logic: Experience managing HubDB dynamic content, multi-tagging APIs,
Troubleshooting: Every week there’s a new issue to debug in the web world so relevant web and technical expertise is crucial.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Systems Architecture (High Priority): Acting as the sole technical owner for the codebase, custom templates, and infrastructure to maintain our 99.9% uptime of the website.
2. Global Data Compliance: Debugging and implementing legal tracking/cookie updates across global sites (including DACH and EU regional routing) to prevent compliance liabilities.
3. Daily Marketing Enablement & Triage: Managing daily ad-hoc requests from Legal, IT, rGrowth, and Demand Gen teams. This includes server-side redirects, DNS/domain provisioning, third-party script deployment, and complex HTML/CSS code manipulations.
Content Platform Support: Assisting the broader team with HubSpot UX reviews, multiple site management, and custom module debugging.

Main Responsibilities

– Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of server-side code for web applications and services, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and secure
