We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who combines the strategic vision of an experienced marketing leader with a bold, unconventional, and agile mindset capable of driving explosive growth for our platform.
Responsibilities:
Growth Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall growth and user acquisition strategy.
- Build growth loops (referral programs, affiliate systems, viral mechanics) to rapidly expand both creators and fans.
- Leverage Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, SEO, and influencer collaborations as primary channels instead of traditional ad networks.
Creator Acquisition & Retention
- Build a scalable system for onboarding top creators from the dating industry (performers, influencers, studios).
- Use existing networks to attract creators and launch campaigns with celebrities and niche influencers.
- Design onboarding programs and incentives that maximize creator earnings and loyalty.
Brand & Positioning
- Establish a brand that is both dating-friendly and creator-first, breaking stigma and building a positive reputation.
- Balance messaging between dating creators and other niches (fitness, music, education) to attract a broader audience.
- Develop a strong PR strategy, working with media outlets to promote creator success stories.
Community & Ecosystem Growth
- Launch and optimize referral and affiliate programs to drive global audience growth.
- Creation, expansion and ongoing cooperation with Affiliate agents
- Build an international marketing strategy to expand into Tier 1 countries.
- Partner with agencies, promoters, and talent managers to create a sustainable creator acquisition engine.
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor key metrics: acquisition funnels, churn, ARPU, LTV across different creator categories.
- Run rapid A/B tests to optimize acquisition and retention strategies.
- Continuously improve campaigns for scalability and measurable impact.
Requirements:
Experience
- 5+ years in senior marketing roles in dating sector content platforms.
- Proven ability to scale a product or community through unconventional growth channels (affiliate programs, viral mechanics, influencer marketing).
- Strong experience in purchasing traffic and then converting it into sales
Skills
- Expertise in growth hacking and digital-first marketing.
- Deep knowledge of affiliate systems, influencer partnerships, SEO, and community building.
- Strong connections within the dating entertainment ecosystem (performers, agencies, studios).
- Data-driven mindset with creative execution.
