About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Support to build, lead, and scale the entire Customer Support function for our new iGaming project at the pre-launch stage. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining the customer support vision, building high-performing teams, implementing best-in-class support processes, and ensuring exceptional player experience across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with Product, CRM, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to create a world-class support organization that scales with the business.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Customer Support department from the ground up.
• Define the customer support strategy, operating model, KPIs, and service standards.
• Recruit, develop, and manage Team Leads, Support Leads, QA Specialists, Trainers, and Customer Support Agents.
• Establish scalable support processes, workflows, and quality assurance programs.
• Ensure excellent customer service across all communication channels, including Live Chat, Email, and Messaging platforms.
• Own customer satisfaction, response times, resolution times, and overall service quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Support within the iGaming industry.
• At least 2 years of experience managing Customer Support Managers, Team Leads, or large support teams.
• Proven experience building or scaling customer support operations.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook, online casino, and player lifecycle.
• Experience managing multi-channel customer support operations (Live Chat, Email, Messaging, Social Media).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate identity in Okta: user lifecycle, group-based access, SSO/SAML/SCIM app integrations, MFA, and automated joiner-mover-leaver flows.

Requirements

1. 4+ years in infrastructure / systems / network engineering, ideally at a cloud-native company.

• Strong networking — hands-on design and troubleshooting of LAN/WiFi, switching, routing, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and VPN.
• Okta hands-on: user lifecycle, SSO/SAML/SCIM integrations, MFA.
• GCP: IAM and cloud networking (VPC, firewall rules, routing).

Junior Embedded Software Engineer в інтеграційній команді працюватиме на стику embedded firmware, hardware, камерних інтерфейсів та системної інтеграції.

Основний фокус ролі - допомога в підключенні, тестуванні та налагодженні тепловізійних і денних камер у складі різних платформ: дронів, літаків, гімблів, перехоплювачів, тестових стендів та інших систем.

Це позиція для інженера, який вже має базову embedded-підготовку, вміє працювати з одноплатними комп’ютерами, Linux, C / C++ або Python, камерними інтерфейсами та технічною документацією, але хоче швидко розвиватися в реальних апаратно-програмних продуктах.

Main Responsibilities

– Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of server-side code for web applications and services, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and secure

– Design and manage databases, including schema design and improvements, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity and security

– Develop and maintain integrations between different parts of the system and with external services, ensuring robustness and clear documentation

Mandatory Requirements

– 4+ years of experience in commercial software development

– Basic understanding in containerizing applications using Docker and managing Dockerfiles

LoopMe is an AI company solving one of advertising's hardest problems: making brand advertising actually measurable — and making it perform. The opportunity

You'll own test automation for LoopMe's Android and iOS SDKs, building and maintaining the suites that determine how fast and confidently we ship. Working alongside our existing automation engineer, you'll integrate deeply with the CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions, BrowserStack, and Maestro, and extend coverage as new SDK projects come into scope. This role sits within the Mobile SDK engineering team.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain automated test suites for Android and iOS SDKs using JavaScript, Rust, and Bash/Shell scripting
• Develop mobile UI automation using Maestro across Android and iOS SDK projects
• Integrate automated tests into GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows for nightly smoke, regression, and Adapter Certification runs
• Own test execution and monitoring via BrowserStack App Automate, debugging environment-specific failures across devices and infrastructure
• Manage and publish test results through Allure Reports, surfacing findings to developers via JIRA and Slack
• Drive down nightly test run time by parallelising suites across multiple GitHub Actions runners
• Manage test builds via Firebase App Distribution for Android and iOS
• Leverage AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate test development and improve coverage and resilience

What you'll bring

Essential:

• 4+ years in automation engineering, or 2+ years as an SDET or developer
• Strong JavaScript skills applied to test automation
• Proficiency in Bash and Shell scripting, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD integration
• Experience with BrowserStack or a comparable real-device cloud platform
• Proficiency with Maestro for mobile UI automation, Allure Reports, and JIRA

Nice to have:

• TypeScript familiarity
• TestRail or an equivalent test management system
• Charles Proxy for network traffic analysis
• Experience with AI-assisted test generation or self-healing frameworks
• Rust programming experience
• Adtech or programmatic advertising domain knowledge

Requirements:

Experience with backend testing

Networking L3-L4

3+ years of manual testing experience

Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English

BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering degree

Major plus:

Networking L2, CCNA/HCNA certification

Experience embedded firmware testing

Automation testing experience

Experience on Linux platforms

Responsibilities:

Regression, exploratory, issues verification testing;

MQA lab setups maintaining;

Take part in test planning and estimation;

Manual testing — 90%, Automation — 10%

As an Associate Mixed Signal Design Engineer at Melexis, you will verify the mixed mode design (analog, digital and embedded software) for the Integrated Circuit (IC) based on the customer requirements.

More specifically, you will:

• Create detailed test and coverage plans based on IC specifications.
• Build testbenches using SystemVerilog or Verilog-AMS to verify mixed-signal circuits.
• Write behavioral models of analog components to speed up simulation.
• Run analog-digital co-simulations, analyzing results, debugging, and identifying design issues.
• Ensure design readiness for manufacturing.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar.
• Profound knowledge of analog circuit principles, digital RTL design, and mixed-signal methodologies.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog-AMS, and simulation tools like Cadence AMS Designer.
• Experience with Real Number Modelling (WREAL) and functional verification.
• Effective communication skills in English.
