📋 Основні обов'язки:

• Запуск рекламних кампаній у Reddit Ads: налаштування, запуск та оптимізація платної реклами.
• Створення та оформлення офіційних сабреддітів: запуск двох брендованих сабреддітів (r/Brand1, r/Brand2), підготовка FAQ, правил спільноти та юридичних дисклеймерів (18+/21+).
• Контент і залучення аудиторії: створення нативних постів та оглядів, проведення роздач бонус-кодів (Code Drops), публікація підтверджень виплат і організація AMA-сесій (Ask Me Anything).
• Робота з репутацією та підтримкою: публічні відповіді на відгуки й скарги користувачів, допомога у вирішенні проблем усередині спільноти.

• Аутріч і моніторинг: відстеження згадок брендів на Reddit та комунікація з модераторами тематичних сабреддітів.

   

🎯 Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи з Reddit від 1 року (SMM, Reddit Ads, модерація, медіабаїнг або арбітраж трафіку).
• Практичний досвід запуску рекламних кампаній через Reddit Ads.
• Досвід роботи у вертикалі Sweepstakes / Gambling з будь-якими рекламними джерелами (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok тощо).
• Англійська мова на рівні B2+/C1 — впевнене письмове спілкування та взаємодія з користувачами.

We’re looking for a Media Buyer who can start campaigns from zero and scale them profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale high-performance advertising campaigns across Facebook and/or In-App networks (Unity, AppLovin, Ironsource, etc.) and/or Google PPC
• Oversee full-cycle integrations between mobile applications, attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and trackers (Binom, Keitaro) to ensure flawless data flow.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of active campaigns, optimizing for key performance indicators (ROI, CPA, LTV) to maximize profitability.
• Develop detailed briefs for the design team and motion designers; constantly test new creative angles and landing pages.
• Monitor daily expenditures and performance metrics, providing detailed daily reports to ensure budget efficiency and target alignment.
   

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Media Buying, with a track record of managing high-volume traffic.
• Deep knowledge of the Gambling/iGaming vertical is mandatory.
• Strong experience in launching and scaling campaigns specifically for the Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.
• Experience managing significant monthly budgets of $50,000+ with proven ROI.
• Solid experience working within professional arbitrage teams or media buying agencies.
• Expert knowledge of launching and optimizing campaigns for both iOS and Android platforms.
• A thorough understanding of the casino economy, including player lifecycle, conversion funnels, and retention metrics.

You own the outcome of every dollar we spend on Google Ads, Reddit Ads, OpenAI Ads and Meta — across a growing set of landing pages, CRM integration pages and marketplace surfaces.

🔁 The loop we want you to build

Here's the thing we've never had, stated plainly: a campaign runs on Google Ads. The UTM points at, say, our PipeDrive integration page. Every day, something looks at the data and says: keyword A brought 20 visitors — 5 scrolled the page and clicked the form, 2 registered, 10 bounced. Keyword B brought 10 clicks and zero engagement. And there's a standing rule: 30 empty visitors on a keyword and it goes to negatives.

That daily cycle — keyword-level analysis, negatives, landing page fixes, budget shifts — is what's been missing. Our agency gives feedback once a week. In paid, roughly 5% of traffic works. The whole job is spending less on the other 95%.

📌 What you'd own

• All paid channels. Google Ads, Reddit Ads, OpenAI Ads, Meta. Agencies tend to get lost the moment you hand them a second channel; you're the single owner across all of them.
• The agencies. We keep working with them where they're useful. You brief them, hold them to data, and decide what they keep running. You're the person the result belongs to.
• Analytics and attribution. UTM discipline, funnel tracking, PostHog dashboards, connecting ad spend to trial and paid conversion. When the numbers and the story disagree, you say so.
• Landing pages. You don't just buy the traffic; you improve where it lands. Test, measure, iterate.
• AI-assisted volume. Our agency tests two creatives per campaign. With AI you should be testing dozens. Same for keyword analysis, reporting and negatives — we expect these loops to be automated, and we'll help you build them.

🔍 Search fundamentals that still matter

• Own keyword and topic strategy for a B2B SaaS product with a long tail of CRM-integration and use-case queries.
• Know why classic ranking signals still count: the assistants people now ask (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) largely surface the same sources that rank in search. Strong conventional SEO is what gets you cited.
• Handle the technical basics — site structure, internal linking, indexation, page performance — or know when to escalate them.

✍️ Content production at real volume

• Build and run the AI workflows that turn our raw material — sales call recordings, support threads, customer reviews, product docs, competitor listings — into publishable articles, comparison pages, and integration pages.
• We'll hand you the architecture: where the sales meetings live, which sources to connect, how our stack is wired. You won't have to guess. What you will have to do is connect it, verify it, and keep it running.
• Hold the quality line. Everything you produce goes to our subject-matter reviewer, who should be adding a quote or a couple of touches — not rewriting your draft. Knowing the difference between an AI-generated claim that's true and one that just sounds true is the core skill here.

• You are a Claude power user — Claude Code or the desktop app, used daily for real production work. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have. We work in Claude, our internal agents are built around it, and we've found that people who work this way think differently about the job.
• You can wire up your own sources: connect tools, pull from APIs and transcripts, verify a claim back to its origin.
• You write clean, publishable English. Native-level not required; publishable is.
• You're comfortable being measured on output. Someone operating AI well should be producing an order of magnitude more than someone writing by hand.
