About the role

We’re building a high-velocity Apps Factory – a machine that launches, tests, and scales subscription mobile apps across multiple niches (health, wellness, utilities, education, astrology, AI tools and more).

Your mission as a Creative Producer is to turn insights, briefs and angles into scroll-stopping creatives that drive user acquisition across W2W and W2A funnels.

Ми будуємо Apps Factory — портфель мобільних підписних продуктів (утиліти, edtech, productivity та інші), де кожен застосунок — це окремий бізнес, а User Acquisition — його двигун росту.
 

Нам потрібен Head of UA, який не просто “запускає рекламу”, а проєктує і володіє системою росту end-to-end.

стратегія → воронки → канали → автоматизація → команда.
 

🧠 Що ти будеш робити

• Створювати UA-візію та стратегію для портфеля subscription apps.
• Володіти всіма воронками залучення:
  Web2Web, Web2App, App UA, з чіткими цілями по CAC, LTV та payback.
• Перетворювати paid traffic у передбачуваний і масштабований engine, а не ручну операційну роботу.
• Будувати data-driven систему: атрибуція, події, серверні інтеграції, дашборди.
• Глибоко аналізувати перформанс:
  канал × GEO × продукт × креатив × когорта.
• Приймати рішення на основі цифр:
  де масштабуватись, що різати, що тестувати далі.
• Очолити автоматизацію UA:
  • шаблони кампаній і неймінг;
  • auto / semi-auto бюджетування;
  • правила, скрипти, інструменти;
  • real-time visibility через дашборди.
• Побудувати high-velocity creative machine разом з продюсерами, дизайнерами та product-командами (Meta, video-first).
• Найняти та виростити сильну UA-команду, яка думає як бізнес-оунери, а не як трафік-байєри.

Ви будете консолідувати маркетингові, продуктові та фінансові дані, щоб надавати практичні висновки, які сприятимуть ефективності залучення користувачів, покращуватимуть монетизацію та підтримуватимуть стратегічні рішення щодо продуктів.
 

Ця роль ідеально підходить для аналітичного фахівця, який процвітає на перетині маркетингової аналітики, продуктових даних та економіки підписки, і якому зручно працювати міжфункціонально з менеджерами UA, менеджерами продуктів, інженерами даних та керівними командами.
 

Вимоги

Досвід роботи з мобільними та веб-продуктами за підпискою (підписки, покупки в додатках, web2app, web2web).

Великі навички SQL та Python.

Досвід роботи з інструментами бізнес-аналітики (Looker Studio, Tableau або подібні).

Досвід роботи з платформами аналітики підписки (AppHud / Adapty / RevenueCat).

Досвід роботи з системами атрибуції (AppsFlyer / Adjust або подібні).
Досвід аналізу платного трафіку (Meta Ads, Google Ads, ASA тощо): CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, окупність.

Досвід аналізу показників економіки продукту та одиниці: LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, Retention, Conversion, Churn, CAC, ROI/ROAS, окупність.

Розуміння принципів проектування DWH та data mart; досвід співпраці з інженерами даних (шари, ключі, схеми).
 

Обов'язки

- Аналіз ефективності платних маркетингових каналів (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, ASA тощо): CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV за каналом/країною/кампанією.

- Оцінка внеску різних джерел трафіку, креативів та аудиторій у монетизацію та утримання користувачів.

- Аналіз основних показників продукту мобільних додатків: LTV, ARPU, Retention, Conversion, Churn та когортна поведінка користувачів.

- Створення та перевірка гіпотез для покращення монетизації, утримання та ефективності залучення користувачів на основі даних.
- Проектування, написання та підтримка SQL-запитів для сховища даних (DWH) для підтримки регулярної звітності, спеціального аналізу та інформаційних панелей бізнес-аналітики.
- Участь у розробці архітектури даних та кіоску даних разом з інженерами даних: визначення необхідних таблиць, зв'язків, метрик та угоди про рівень обслуговування (SLA) щодо даних.
- Налаштування та розробка інформаційних панелей у Looker Studio/Tableau для продуктових, маркетингових та виконавчих команд.
- Забезпечення якості даних: моніторинг правильності інтеграцій (AppsFlyer, AppHud, рекламні платформи), відстеження затримок, прогалин, дублікатів та аномалій у даних.
- Співпраця з UA, PMM, менеджерами продуктів та зацікавленими сторонами рівня C: допомога у формуванні аналітичних запитів, пропонування відповідних метрик та форматів звітності.
