What You Will Own 
You'll take full ownership of one of the following backend-driven products within the Payments direction:

• Tokenization system - storing and reusing sensitive card data securely across transactions
• Payment processing and orchestration - routing and executing payment flows reliably at scale
• MPI / payment authentication - handling 3DS and authentication protocols that protect both merchants and users
• Payment method and bank orchestration - managing connections to acquirers, banks, and alternative payment methods

We are looking for a Risk Analyst (Risk Quant Analyst) to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will work closely with traders and risk managers to develop, validate, and enhance market risk models, ensuring effective risk oversight of equity portfolios across US markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Risk Modelling:

• Develop and maintain VaR / ES models (parametric, historical simulation, Monte Carlo)
• Implement and apply EVT / GPD approaches for tail risk analysis

Scenario Analysis & Stress Testing:

Portfolio Risk Analysis:

• Monitor real-time and end-of-day risk metrics (Greeks, exposure, drawdowns)

Quantitative Development & Analytics:

• Build and maintain Python-based risk analytics tools

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in market risk / quantitative analytics / risk management

Technical Skills:

What you’ll be doing

• Designing a flexible compliance rule engine. You’ll help design a rule engine capable of supporting multiple regulatory frameworks while remaining flexible and easy to adapt as policies change. The system should also be able to detect when rule updates require re-evaluating previously approved merchants and trigger the appropriate compliance workflows.

• Ensuring reliability of mission-critical services. Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a Finance Team Lead to oversee and continuously improve financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all finance processes.

This role combines hands-on financial expertise with team leadership and reports directly to the CFO. You will work closely with internal teams, management, and external consultants, taking ownership of accounting, reporting, cost control, forecasting, cash flow management, and multi-jurisdictional compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Prepare and review monthly P&Ls for projects;
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and reconciliations;
• Review bookkeeping outputs and reporting workpapers;

What You Will Own

As an Information Security Engineer, you will be responsible for corporate and operational security controls, including:

• Supporting and maintaining ISMS, PIMS, and BCMS frameworks
• Participating in external certifications and audits (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, GDPR, DORA)
• Managing access control processes: IAM / SSO / MFA, Joiner—Mover—Leaver processes, regular access reviews and privilege control
• Operating and tuning information security tools, including: vulnerability scanners, IAM and access control systems, anti-phishing tools and security awareness platforms
• Analyzing alerts and findings, including false positives, and driving remediation
• Maintaining and updating asset and information security risk registers

• Building and maintaining secure coding standards and supporting their adoptionl across development teams

• Implementing and improving application security testing, including: SAST, DAST, Dependency and secrets scanning, CI/CD security checks
• Performing regular application security assessments and maturity evaluations (OWASP ASVS, OWASP SAMM)

• Supporting external penetration testing and Bug Bounty programs
