The First The Last

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our fast-growing digital agency - The First The Last, a Webby Awards winner and creative partner for developers and architects around the world.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Lead digital projects from concept to delivery (branding, UX/UI design, web development, marketing assets)
• Manage timelines, priorities, and communication between clients and internal teams
• Set clear tasks for designers and developers, and ensure they’re delivered on time and with quality
• Track progress, identify potential risks, and proactively solve problems
• Maintain detailed documentation, timelines, and project tracking (we use ActiveCollab)
• Translate client needs into actionable tasks for the team

🔹 Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design processes
• Knowledge of web development cycles, especially frontend and backend interaction
• Experience working with creative teams in a digital agency or IT company
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay calm under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+) - all client communication is in English
• Strong interpersonal skills: diplomacy, clarity, and confidence

🔹 Bonus Points:

• Experience with Webflow, Figma, or Notion
• Familiarity with headless CMS and e-commerce platforms
• A background in digital production, branding, or product design is a plus
