Your key responsibilities will include:
– Work with promo plans and execute campaigns across your projects.
– Manage automated CRM flows (email, SMS, push, pop-ups) and perform urgent manual sends.
– Set up and optimize communication logic based on retention and lifecycle strategies.
– Segment users (active, inactive, VIP, churn, reactivation, etc.) based on events and attributes.
– Work with Customer.io (campaigns, broadcasts, journeys, segments).
– Monitor the correctness of communications and prevent segment overlaps.
– Analyze campaign performance and prepare recommendations for optimization.
– Collaborate with product, CRM, and other teams to implement communication logic and launches.
– Conduct market and competitor analysis, including CRM best practices.
– Participate in setup and launch of new brands.

It’s a match if you have:
– Experience working with Customer.io or similar automation platforms.
– Experience working with TrueLabel.
– Understanding of email / SMS / push / pop-up automation principles.
– Knowledge of retention metrics (churn, reactivation, CTR, CR, etc.).
– Experience with user segmentation based on events and attributes.
– Understanding of how bonus mechanics impact CRM flows.
– Basic or confident knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
– Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data.
– English proficiency at the Intermediate level.

Would be an advantage:
– Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in payment integrations, including PSPs, payment gateways, alternative payment methods, e-wallets, and card processing.
• Hands-on experience with PayAdmit as a payment orchestration platform.
• Experience configuring payment routing, cascading, and transaction processing logic.
• Strong understanding of the payment lifecycle, decline reasons, and payment performance optimization techniques.
• Experience managing payment flows in high-load systems.
• Ability to analyze key payment performance metrics, including Approval Rate (AR), conversion rates, and payment decline reasons.
• Experience working with payment dashboards and merchant panels.
• High level of responsibility, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of cross-functional team collaboration processes and payment workflow statuses.

Responsibilities

• Full technical setup and optimization of Approval Rate (AR) for assigned Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment methods, and geographic regions.
• Management of payment flows through PayAdmit or an internal administration panel.
• Design and optimization of payment routing logic to improve transaction approval rates.
• Configuration and enhancement of cascading, retry, and fallback strategies.
• Conducting A/B testing of payment scenarios to improve business performance metrics.
• Monitoring transaction performance, system stability, and key payment KPIs.
• Analyzing Approval Rate declines and resolving issues at the configuration level.
• Coordinating the launch of new PSPs, payment methods, currencies, limits, and geographic markets in collaboration with technical teams and external partners.
• Working closely with Development, Finance, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure uninterrupted operation of the payment infrastructure.
• Acting as the technical owner of payment orchestration processes within the assigned area of responsibility.

We are looking for a proactive and product-oriented Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and growth of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing features, and delivering solutions that create value for both users and the business.

You will work closely with Design, Development, Marketing, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to shape product strategy, make data-driven decisions, and ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement across global markets.

Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the product area: roadmap, prioritization, backlog management using frameworks (RICE / ICE / WSJF).
• Drive improvements across UI/UX, CMS, and SEO, including navigation, site structure, content presentation, landing and promotional pages, to enhance usability and support business growth.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, engagement, and search performance to identify opportunities and prioritize product initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Design, Development, SEO, Content, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality product improvements
• Define product requirements, write clear specifications, manage delivery, validate implementations, and ensure release quality
• Manage the evolution of CMS capabilities, ensuring content teams can efficiently create, maintain, and localize website content
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve website performance, discoverability, accessibility, and scalability
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify best practices and new opportunities for improving user experience
• Measure the impact of delivered initiatives and continuously optimize the product based on data and user feedback

Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Proven experience managing product areas related to UI/UX, CMS, SEO
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to identify problems and prioritize opportunities
• Experience defining product hypotheses, success metrics, and measuring product impact 
• Understanding of UX principles, conversion optimization, web analytics, and user behavior analysis 
• Good understanding of CMS platforms, website architecture, technical SEO, and website performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience using web analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Tableau / Power BI
• English level: Intermediate (B1+) or higher

– Managing user lifecycle and access control across corporate systems.

• Attracting new partners: Searching for and connecting new partners to expand the network. Conducting negotiations and signing profitable agreements.
• Performance analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of partners' performance. Defining KPIs for partners and monitoring their implementation. Providing regular reports and recommendations for improving performance.
• Budget management: Control of the marketing budget and achievement of maximum ROI. Collaboration with analysts to optimise cost efficiency.
