This role is about more than just managing engineering teams. You will define the technical vision, build scalable architecture, and ensure the reliability and security of complex distributed systems. Working closely with product leadership and engineering teams, you will guide technical strategy and help transform ambitious ideas into stable, high-performing platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

— Responsible for technical solutions, vision and roadmap for company projects
— Own the platform architecture and direction of technical department
— Contribute to company policies and make sure they are correctly implemented within the technology teams
— Standardize, implement, and enforce software development processes Scrum/Kanban, TDD, CI/CD, QA etc.
— Ensure team growth and motivation, including career progression and organizational structure; resolve internal team conflicts and ensure team transparency
— Deliver industry best standards of product stability and reliability and drive the technical vision to achieve product SLA
— Ensure the quality and correctness of developed software
— Be an effective communicator with other Business Units in the group as well as with 3rd party providers and clients
— Provide relevant technical/business issues and reports to the management
— Ensure all regulatory requirements are met and compliance procedures are followed
— Represent the technical teams and communicate technical challenges and opportunities to business management
— Communication with customers, present or potential, on the technical aspects
— Where necessary, get hands-on and assist the development and operations teams with addressing technical challenges or diagnosing operational incidents
— Manage incident responses and root cause analysis for major outages or breaches
— Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
— Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring systems and data remain secure

It’s a match if you have:

— 8+ years of experience in software engineering in building and scaling complex platforms
— 3+ years of experience in an architecture leadership role or as a CTO
— Strong experience with Java or Node.js backend development and microservice architectures
— Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, particularly React-based applications
— Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services such as AWS or Azure
— Proven experience designing and operating high-load distributed systems with strong reliability and performance requirements
— Strong understanding of system architecture, API design, and integration patterns
— Experience implementing observability practices (monitoring, logging, tracing) and improving system reliability
— Experience working with DevOps practices and infrastructure (IaC)
— Ability to lead architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and engineering standards across multiple teams
— Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with CIO, product leadership, and engineering teams

If you enjoy working with data, are able to find patterns in it, and can turn numbers into a comprehensible story, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing data using SQL for further visualisation.
• Developing DAGs in Airflow (working with Python).
• Visualising data and building reports in Tableau.
• Preparing regular reports and executing ad-hoc queries for the Retention Department.
• Optimising existing data collection and processing processes.

Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 1.5-2 year of commercial experience as a Data/Business Analyst (preferred).
• Strong SQL skills (ability to write complex queries using CTEs, window functions, and joins).
• Good knowledge of Python (experience with pandas, understanding of functions, ability to write modular scripts).
• Experience working with Tableau.
• Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity.

Build the data backbone for scalable analytics

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Data Engineer who’s ready to grow with us and shape high-load, data-driven solutions used by international partners.

In this role, you will expand and maintain our AWS-based data warehouse, design analytical data models, and build reliable data pipelines that power reporting and business intelligence. If you enjoy working with modern data infrastructure, optimizing pipelines, and collaborating closely with analysts and product teams — this role may be a great match.

Your key responsibilities will include:

– Extend and maintain the existing AWS-based data warehouse by expanding the dbt infrastructure and developing new transformation models using SQL and dbt.
– Design and optimize analytical data models in Amazon Redshift to support reporting and business intelligence use cases.
– Develop and maintain data pipelines orchestrated in Amazon MWAA (Airflow) using Python-based DAGs.
– Migrate existing data pipelines from AWS Glue to MWAA to improve orchestration, maintainability, and scalability.
– Build data ingestion and transformation workflows that process data from multiple sources such as Kafka, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
– Implement data validation and verification scripts using Python, pandas, and numpy to ensure data quality and reliability.
– Collaborate with analysts and product owners to deliver well-structured datasets and ensure data integrity, performance, and accessibility.

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company building scalable B2B digital platforms. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Treasury Manager — a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and transparency to financial processes.

The mission of this role is simple but impactful: ensure full financial control and transparency by maintaining timely settlements, accurate reconciliations, and smart fund distribution across all operational accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

- Balance Reconciliation: Daily monitoring and reconciliation of balances across multiple PSPs (Payment Service Providers). Identifying and resolving discrepancies between internal ledgers and provider statements.

- Settlement Management: Managing the full cycle of settlement requests. Ensuring funds are withdrawn from PSPs according to schedule and successfully received in corporate accounts.

-Liquidity Management (Top-ups): Proactively managing float levels. Initiating timely top-ups for payout methods to prevent any operational downtime.

- PSP Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for PSP finance departments regarding settlement delays, fee disputes, and rolling reserve releases.

- Reporting: Maintaining accurate Cash Flow records and providing daily/weekly reports on available liquidity and pending settlements.

It’s a great match if you have:

- Experience: 1+ years in Treasury, Reconciliation, or FinOps.

- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIFS, complex data manipulation).

- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of PSP mechanics (MDR, Rolling Reserve, Chargebacks).

Your key responsibilities will include:
 – Monitor and analyze security alerts across multiple security platforms (SIEM, EDR, SOAR)
 – Lead Incident Response -  serve as primary responder to security alerts, perform initial triage, conduct investigations, and coordinate remediation
 – Enhance Detection Capabilities - design, implement, and fine-tune detection rules and alerts across cloud environments
 – Conduct endpoint, network, and application log analysis to identify suspicious activity
 – Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Compliance teams to enforce security standards and best practices
 – Assist in improving incident response processes, playbooks, and operational practices

It’s a match if you have:

 – Proven experience responding to and managing incidents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS services (Google Workspace, Atlassian)
 – Proficiency with SIEM platforms, including rule creation, tuning, and maintenance
 – Strong knowledge of cloud security monitoring tools and techniques
 – Understanding of network infrastructure
