About Sine Engineering
Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy, delivering communication, navigation, and control systems that enable coordinated multi-drone operations. More than 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our solutions, and our technology powers many of the interceptor operations active today.
Through our dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological advantage.
Any drone, any scale, anywhere - resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy. Our products have already proven their effectiveness in real combat conditions in Ukraine.
About the Role
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to own the technical direction and delivery of projects across a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
This role bridges client needs and engineering execution. You will engage early, often before a solution or delivery scope is fully defined, to understand the client’s platforms, operational use cases, technical constraints, and future plans. You will then translate that understanding into a realistic technical roadmap and coordinate its implementation with Client Integrations, Product, Demo, Military Support, and other engineering teams.
You will work closely with a Key Account Manager. While the Key Account Manager owns the overall account strategy, customer relationship, and commercial outcomes, you will be responsible for the technical account plan, solution feasibility, and successful technical delivery.
This is neither a traditional sales role nor a purely administrative project management position. It requires sufficient engineering depth to make and defend technical decisions, combined with the ability to lead complex, customer-facing initiatives across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
Technical Account Ownership
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date technical view of each assigned account, including client platforms, system architecture, completed and planned integrations, operational use cases, risks, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain a technical account roadmap aligned with the Account Development Plan and the client’s product and platform development strategy.
- Participate in customer discussions before scope commitments are made, ensuring technical feasibility, constraints, effort estimates, and dependencies are clearly understood.
- Translate customer and operational requirements into a well-defined technical scope, integration approach, delivery plan, and acceptance criteria.
- Own solution feasibility and technical commitments for assigned accounts.
- Identify technically viable opportunities to expand Sine solutions across additional customer platforms, products, and use cases.
- Build trusted relationships with customers’ engineering and technical teams.
Technical Delivery - Own the technical outcomes of discovery activities, integrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), demonstrations, and acceptance testing.
- Define project concepts in collaboration with engineers and technical specialists.
- Establish technical milestones, dependencies, risks, test objectives, and acceptance criteria.
- Assemble and align the appropriate technical team for each opportunity based on scope and complexity.
- Coordinate engineers and technical contributors who do not necessarily report directly to you.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively escalate technical risks, resource constraints, and scope changes.
- Ensure technical decisions, configurations, test results, and known limitations are properly documented.
- Facilitate smooth handover from internal teams to customer deployment, support, or ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering complex hardware, embedded systems, or system integration projects for external customers.
- Ability to understand system architecture and make sound technical decisions.
- Experience translating customer or operational requirements into technical scopes and implementation plans.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and specialists without direct reporting authority.
- Ability to estimate technical effort, identify dependencies, and assess delivery risks.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to explain technical limitations and navigate challenging delivery discussions.
- Structured approach to planning, documentation, risk management, and reporting.
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Ukrainian.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Nice to Have
- Engineering background or strong technical expertise in UAVs, robotics, embedded systems, RF communications, navigation systems, electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in defense technology, UAVs, UGVs, autonomy, communications, RF systems, ISR, electronic warfare (EW), or GNSS-denied navigation.
- Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Integration Lead, Technical Project Manager, or Engineering Delivery Lead.
- Understanding of UAV subsystems, including telemetry and control links, video transmission, flight controllers, navigation systems, antennas, onboard electronics, and ground control stations.
- Experience with field testing, flight testing, demonstrations, or formal customer acceptance processes.
- Experience collaborating with Product and R&D teams to address customer-driven product requirements.
- Experience working with military users, defense organizations, or operational support teams.
- Experience coordinating external engineering partners, vendors, or subcontractors.
