Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain sandbox environments (Zendesk / Intercom / Gorgias, etc.);

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in customer support / BPO (Team Lead, Quality Control, or Senior Agent);

• Hands-on experience with CRM / helpdesk systems (Zendesk / Intercom or similar);
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems independently;
• Strong analytical thinking and autonomy;
• English level B2+;

Nice-to-have:

• Basic understanding of APIs / integrations;

Simply Contact is looking for a proactive Account & Sales Specialist to develop our IT Help Desk and Managed IT Services business across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the European client portfolio (IT Help Desk, Service Desk, Managed IT Services);
• Identify and attract new B2B clients through outbound sales, networking, and partnerships;
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations;
• Prepare proposals and support tender participation;
• Manage existing client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities;
• Coordinate between clients and technical delivery teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success;
• B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development;
• Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, or managed services — a strong advantage;
• Experience with international clients;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

We are building a customer support team for our new project and are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is confident in both spoken and written German and English (B2 or higher).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles within BPO, IT, or service industries;
• Experience in supporting performance management processes (OKR/KPI, evaluations) and employee relations;
• Exposure to culture initiatives, internal communications, or employee engagement activities;
• Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills;
• Structured thinking with a hands-on, practical approach;
• Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams in a dynamic environment;
• English and Ukrainian at B2+ level.

What will you be responsible for?

• Qualification of B2B leads: evaluating potential dealers to ensure they meet requirements and assessing their readiness for cooperation;
• Classifying leads (qualified / unqualified) and recording results in the CRM system;
• Conducting cold outbound calls to attract new dealers;
• Presenting the company’s business model and identifying interest during the first contact;
• Processing inbound leads and converting interest into full registration;

• Supporting dealers throughout the registration process, explaining cooperation terms, and transferring qualified partners to the next stage of the process.

Завдання посади:
- Забезпечення та підтримка відповідності стандартам PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 27701 (GDPR)
- Підготовка, супровід та проходження сертифікаційних і наглядових аудитів (3rd party audits)
- Розробка, впровадження та підтримка в актуальному стані документації ISMS (політики, регламенти, процедури, інструкції)
- Моніторинг функціонування та оцінка ефективності системи управління інформаційною безпекою
- Проведення внутрішніх аудитів ІБ та контроль виконання вимог стандартів
- Участь у розслідуванні інцидентів інформаційної безпеки
- Проведення заходів з аналізу та зниження ризиків ІБ
- Управління доступами до систем компанії та (за потреби) систем клієнтів
- Впровадження нових стандартів та вимог у сфері ІБ
- Підготовка регулярної звітності щодо стану інформаційної безпеки.
 

Вимоги до кандидата:
- Від 2 років досвіду в сфері Information Security / ISMS / Compliance
- Практичний досвід впровадження або супроводу стандартів: PCI DSS,ISO 27001
ISO 27701 / GDPR
- Розуміння принципів ISMS (Information Security Management System)
- Знання мережевої інфраструктури та базових принципів ІБ
- Досвід роботи з:
1) Active Directory (адміністрування доменів)
2) Linux (Ubuntu)
3) SIEM / системами моніторингу
- Розуміння методів аналізу ризиків ІБ та засобів захисту інформації
- Досвід розробки нормативної та процедурної документації (ISMS документація)
- Знання найкращих практик у сфері інформаційної безпеки
