We are looking for a Sales Development Representative in our sales department.

This role is for people who want to work on the front line of how the company wins new clients, speaking with potential partners, helping shape opportunities, & supporting the process of turning interest into long-term cooperation.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams & be involved in both incoming inquiries & proactive outreach to companies that match our target markets.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

Key tasks:

• Writing and maintaining up-to-date Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation;
• Participating in information security incident investigations;
• Conducting internal information security audits;
• Supporting third-party penetration tests, supervisory audits, and certification processes;
• Managing access to company and/or customer systems (if necessary);
• Developing and delivering information security training;
• Implementing information security risk mitigation measures;
• Implementing new information security standards;
• Ensuring GDPR and privacy compliance (updating policies, conducting DPIAs, and data mapping);
• Managing third-party privacy risks and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs);
• Handling data breach protocols and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).
   

Core Competencies:

• Knowledge and understanding of network infrastructure;
• Understanding of Information Security Management System (ISMS) principles;
• Experience administering Active Directory-based domains;
• Knowledge of virtualization systems (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V);
• Knowledge of Linux-based servers (Ubuntu);
• Knowledge and understanding of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards and compliance requirements;
• Practical knowledge of Data Protection principles (DPIA, data mapping, DPAs);
• Experience in developing regulatory and procedural documentation (concepts, policies, regulations, provisions, instructions, etc.);
• Knowledge of risk analysis methods, organizational and technical measures for information protection, as well as related technologies, software, and hardware tools;
• Knowledge and ability to apply best practices in the field of information security and data privacy;
• At least 1 year of professional experience in information security or data protection;
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain sandbox environments (Zendesk / Intercom / Gorgias, etc.);
• Test AI solutions (chatbots, translation tools, CRM/helpdesk AI features);
• Run real customer support scenarios and evaluate system performance and quality;
• Configure chatbots and conversational flows within AI platforms;
• Compare and test AI vendors, prepare practical recommendations;
• Provide troubleshooting in test and client environments;
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives and tasks assigned by the team lead;

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in customer support / BPO (Team Lead, Quality Control, or Senior Agent);
• Strong understanding of support operations (SLA, tickets, communication channels);
• Hands-on experience with CRM / helpdesk systems (Zendesk / Intercom or similar);
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems independently;
• Strong analytical thinking and autonomy;
• English level B2+;

Nice-to-have:

• Basic understanding of APIs / integrations;
• Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.);
• Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or LLM-based solutions.
   

We are actively growing and expanding our team. We're looking for a proactive L1 System Administrator.
 

Responsibilities:

• IP telephony: configuration and support of the Vicidial / Asterisk cluster (SIP trunks, dial plans);
• Network infrastructure: administration of Mikrotik, firewall configuration, VLAN, OSPF, QoS, and load balancing;
• Servers and services:
  • Linux (Debian): administration of Docker, MySQL, Nextcloud, Samba;
  • Windows Server: Active Directory management, support of the terminal farm, updates, and server rollouts;
• Virtualization and backups: management of the VMware vSphere cluster, configuring backups via Veeam;
• Monitoring: infrastructure health monitoring using Zabbix and The Dude.
   

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Linux (Debian-based) and Windows Server (Active Directory);
• Understanding of network technologies and experience administering Mikrotik;
• Experience with IP telephony (Asterisk / Vicidial) will be an advantage;
• Skills in administering VMware vSphere and Veeam Backup;
• Ability to write basic scripts for automation (Bash, PowerShell, SQL).
   

Working conditions:

• Pay: fixed rate + monthly bonus.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
