Consedge Tech is a boutique software house with deep expertise in AEC, BIM, VDC, and manufacturing technologies. We build custom software, plugins, and automation tools for engineering teams across the US, UK, and EU - from Revit add-ins and CAD integrations to cloud-based BIM platforms and digital workflows.

What We're Looking For 

We're not looking for someone to build a pipeline from scratch - we're looking for a connector. Someone who already knows the right people in AEC, BIM, construction tech, or IT services, and can open the right doors quickly. 

We offer two engagement models depending on your availability, so whether you're looking for a full-time sales role or a flexible side partnership - we have a format that works. 

Requirements: 

• Existing network of decision-makers in AEC, BIM/VDC, construction tech, engineering software, or IT services; 
• Prior experience selling or placing services in custom software development, BIM modeling, CAD automation, or digital engineering; 
• Understanding of what a BIM Manager, VDC Director, or Engineering CTO actually needs; 
• Ability to qualify leads, make warm introductions, and drive deals to close – independently. 

Responsibilities: 

• Identifying and introducing potential clients from your existing network; 
• Making warm referrals or conducting initial outreach on behalf of Consedge Tech; 
• Coordinating discovery calls with our technical team; 
• Following up and supporting the deal through to signed contract. 

Note: Proposals, scoping, delivery, and client management are fully handled by our team - your focus is relationships and introductions. 

Nice to Have: 

• Experience working with AEC-focused SaaS or engineering software vendors; 
• Familiarity with project types such as Revit/Navisworks plugins, BIM automation, CAD/ERP integrations, or VDC services (LOD 200-400); 
• Existing relationships with US, UK, or EU engineering firms or construction tech companies; 
• Background in IT services sales or technical business development. 

Engagement & Compensation Models: 

We adapt to how you work - the right model is defined together based on your availability and activity level. 

Option A - Base + Commission (Active Sales Manager) 

Best fit for candidates dedicating consistent time to outreach, pipeline management, and relationship development. 

• Monthly base salary (discussed based on experience and market); 
• % of closed deal value. 

Option B - Commission Only (Connector / Referral Partner) 

Best fit for professionals with strong existing networks who want flexibility without commitment. 

• Competitive % of contract value per closed deal; 
• No earnings cap; 
• Ongoing commission for repeat business from referred clients.

Consedge Tech 

About the Project:

We develop and maintain custom Autodesk Revit plugins that automate, extend, or integrate BIM workflows for architects and engineers. These plugins are tightly coupled with the Revit environment and involve complex interactions with building models, project metadata, and external services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of Revit plugins across supported Revit versions;

• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests on plugin features;

• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and documentation;

• Verify plugin stability and performance on real BIM models;

• Reproduce and document bugs clearly using issue tracking tools;

• Collaborate with developers and lead managers to clarify requirements and improve quality.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in manual QA (preferably desktop or complex data-driven applications);

• Strong knowledge of testing theory (QA methodologies, test case design, and bug reporting)

• Good understanding of software development life cycle ;

• Experience in working with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, etc).

• Basic understanding of desktop software architecture and installer behavior.

• Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, YouTrack).

• Upper-intermediate English (reading documentation, writing clear bug reports).

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience with CAD, BIM, or Revit plugins.

• Understanding of Revit as a user (even at a basic level).

• Familiarity with RVT, IFC or other BIM-related file formats.

• Experience working with API-based integrations is a plus.

• Exposure to version compatibility testing or large model performance validation.

Керівник проектів (PM для ІТ-проектів у BIM середовищі) 

Consedge Tech — інноваційна IT-компанія, що спеціалізується на розробці рішень у сфері Building Information Modeling (BIM). Ми шукаємо досвідченого керівника проєктів, який ефективно координуватиме роботу команди, забезпечуватиме чітку комунікацію між технічними фахівцями та клієнтами й вестиме проєкти на найвищому рівні. 

Основні обов’язки: 

• Планування та управління проектами; 
• Комунікація з клієнтами; 
• Координація команди; 
• Контроль якості; 
• Управління ризиками; 

• Звітність та документація. 

   

Вимоги: 

• Управління IT-проектами (Scrum, Kanban); 
• Буде перевагою досвід у сфері BIM або будівництва; 
• Розуміння технологій та інструментів BIM (Revit, Autodesk APIs, Rhino Inside тощо); 
• Високий рівень комунікаційних навичок, організованість та вміння вирішувати проблеми; 
• Здатність ефективно вести кілька проектів одночасно; 

• Володіння англійською мовою Upper intermediate, або вище.
