We are looking for a Media Buyer

Requirements

- At least 2 years of proven iGaming experience with casino products.
- Proven experience managing and scaling $50k+ monthly Meta Ads spend.
- Strong track record of hitting CPA/FTD targets and scaling profitable campaigns across multiple GEOs.
- Deep understanding of key metrics FTD, CPA, ROI/ROAS, LTV and payback metrics.
- Strong expertise in creative testing, campaign structures, popular funnels, tracking.
- Strong expertise with PWA TIR1/3 GEOs and IOS approaches
Reliable work with analytics, trackers, anti-detection browsers and proxies.
- Proficiency with Keitaro or Binom trackers.
- Ability to independently own the full cycle: research → launch → optimization → scaling → reporting/P&L.

Responsibilities

- Manage and scale Meta Facebook paid traffic for iGaming inhouse and external products across multiple GEOs.
- Launch, optimize and scale advertising campaigns based on CPA, FTD, ROAS and quality KPIs.
- Own campaign performance and budget allocation from testing stage to stable scale.
- Develop and test new campaign structures, audiences, funnels, landing pages and creative hypotheses.
- Analyze campaign data, identify performance bottlenecks and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Work closely with creative, design, product and analytics teams to continuously improve results.v
- Monitor daily spend, performance and profitability; prepare regular performance reports.
- Research competitors, market trends and new acquisition opportunities.
