This is a senior, commercial role. You will be the main point of contact for advertisers, affiliate networks, and affiliate managers — building relationships strong enough that partners bring you their best deals first, before anyone else sees them.

You will own payout negotiation end to end: commission rates, CPAs, rev shares, bonuses. That means reading performance data, spotting where a deal is underpriced, and pushing for better terms – not just accepting what a partner offers.
