About the Role
 

We're looking for a highly social, energetic, and proactive Community Manager who enjoys building relationships and creating meaningful conversations online.

You'll become one of the key voices of the brand, engaging with the audience daily across social media and community platforms while helping transform followers into an active and loyal community.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and community platforms
• Reply to comments, messages, and community discussions in a friendly and authentic way
• Engage with relevant communities, creators, and conversations to increase brand visibility
• Moderate and grow online communities while maintaining a positive environment
• Organize community activities such as discussions, challenges, AMAs, and virtual events
• Publish content according to the content calendar
• Monitor trends and participate in relevant conversations
• Occasionally create short-form content and appear on camera when needed
• Gather community feedback and share insights with the team
• Coordinate communication with creators and influencers
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, Creator Relations, or similar roles
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable communicating on camera
• Experience managing online communities and social media engagement
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
• Ability to maintain consistent communication and engagement
• High emotional intelligence and strong problem-solving skills

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to lead and scale customer acquisition, performance marketing, funnels, and retention across a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand.

This is an operator role for someone who can move fast, think strategically, and stay deeply involved in execution. You’ll work closely with founders and creative teams to drive growth through experimentation, optimization, and strong performance systems.
 

What you’ll do:

• Own growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and conversion
• Scale paid social channels including Meta and TikTok
• Launch, test, and optimize campaigns, creatives, funnels, and landing pages
• Improve CRO and customer journey performance across the funnel

They run a large newsletter operation sending millions of emails a day to cold audiences across multiple verticals. Getting into the inbox is the difference between revenue and noise, and this role owns that outcome end to end.
 

The role

This is a hands-on, deeply technical role for someone who lives and breathes deliverability. You will work directly with the Head of Project and the production manager, and guide marketers on every decision that touches deliverability: infrastructure, authentication, content, segmentation, and sending strategy.

You will not be directing a team to do the work. You will be in the DNS, in the headers, in the seed data, and in the postmaster tools yourself. The two things measured above everything else are inbox placement and the speed at which deliverability issues get resolved.
 

What you will own

• Inbox placement and sender reputation
• Infrastructure and authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, IP and domain warming, feedback loops)
• ESP strategy and operations — configuration, optimization, migration

They work with advertisers and publishers worldwide. They are now launching their first owned mobile apps and need someone to own the full growth function from day one.

This is a full ownership role for someone who knows how to turn a new mobile app into a revenue machine. You will design the growth playbook, run the funnels, own the creative strategy, and keep every team that touches acquisition pointed in the same direction.

SMS is their next major revenue channel, and nothing exists yet. This role builds it from scratch.
 

The role

This is a full ownership role for someone who has launched SMS programs at scale and knows how to turn a subscriber list into a revenue line. You will design the infrastructure, build the opt-in strategy, own the monetization, run the content operations, and hire a team as the channel grows.

You will not be inheriting an existing program. You will not be coordinating vendors. You will be the person who decides how this is done and executes it directly, with full access to leadership and real resources behind you.
 

What you will own

• SMS infrastructure: platform, vendor ecosystem, sending architecture, segmentation, and message routing
• Opt-in strategy and subscriber growth across newsletter properties, web, and email
• Deliverability, sender reputation, and performance metrics
• Full subscriber lifecycle from opt-in through churn
• SMS content calendar, copy standards, and editorial coordination
• SMS advertising product: rate card, inventory, targeting, advertiser reporting
• TCPA, GDPR, and carrier compliance end to end

• 5+ years in SMS marketing or mobile messaging, at least 2 at high-volume scale
