We’re hiring a Product Designer to work on an AI startup in the adtech space.
We’re a product design studio, and one of our clients is an early-stage AI company that helps enterprise brands optimize their paid media spend across channels. The product is live, the first clients are on board, and the technology works. What they need now is a dedicated designer who will own the product experience full-time as part of our team.
You’ll work closely with the startup’s founding team on a daily basis, but you’ll have the support of our studio behind you, including a design advisor from our side.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Taking ownership of the existing dashboard and improving both UI and UX;
- Designing how users interact with AI-powered features, making automation feel transparent and in control;
- Building a design system the engineering team can actually use;
- Making complex data feel simple and clear for enterprise buyers;
- Aligning the website and product into one coherent visual and functional experience;
- Collaborating directly with the founders as their go-to design person.
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant experience working on products, ideally dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, or B2B SaaS, with a portfolio that shows practical solutions. Previous experience as a founding or sole designer is a strong plus.
- You think about business goals and user needs together, not separately
- You can own a project end to end, explain your decisions, and stand behind them
- Strong communication skills and English, you’ll be working directly with the client’s founding team
- Understanding of how design systems and component libraries work
- Using AI in your workflow is a plus
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
