Key Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Finance Automation

• Analyze and map existing financial processes.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Design the future-state process architecture in Odoo.
• Configure and implement Odoo Finance modules.
• Automate:
  • Budget planning
  • Management accounting
  • Payment approval workflows
  • Cash flow management
  • Invoicing and payments
  • Financial reporting
  • Document management
• Integrate Odoo with banking systems, CRM, and other internal platforms.
• Plan and execute data migration.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance.
• Train end users and key stakeholders.
• Lead the go-live and post-launch stabilization.

Phase 2 – Company-wide ERP Rollout

Following the successful implementation of the Finance module, you will lead the expansion of Odoo across the organization by automating:

• HR processes
• Recruitment
• Procurement
• Sales
• Marketing
• Project management
• Document management
• KPI dashboards and business analytics
• Additional Odoo modules
• Continuous ERP optimization and development

Requirements

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
• Strong background in Finance module implementation.
• Solid understanding of financial and management accounting.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of Odoo architecture and best practices.

Core Responsibilities
* Launching and managing advertising campaigns across multiple traffic sources (Meta/Facebook Ads, Google UAC, Unity Ads, Moloco, Taboola and other native ad networks).
* Daily campaign optimization to achieve target KPIs (ROI, CPA, EPC, uEPC, CR, LTV).
* Performance analysis and decision-making based on data.
* Creating testing plans and running A/B tests for creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies.
* Finding profitable combinations of GEO / Offer / Creative / Audience / Traffic Source.
* Scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining target profitability.
* Monitoring traffic quality and compliance with platform and partner requirements.
* Preparing daily/weekly reports.
* Following internal processes, security policies and confidentiality requirements.

* 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer / User Acquisition Manager.
* Experience with one or more traffic sources:
   * Meta (Facebook) Ads
   * Google UAC

* Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics:
   * ROI
   * CPA
   * EPC
   * uEPC

* Experience launching and scaling mobile applications and link.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
* Experience with tracking platforms (Keitaro).

Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate networks and direct advertisers in the Dating vertical
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
• Act as the main point of contact for ongoing communication and deal negotiations
2. Offer Sourcing & Evaluation
• Source high-converting Dating offers (SOI, DOI, CPL, RevShare)
• Evaluate offers based on GEO, payout, funnel, and conversion rates
• Analyze partner reliability, payment terms, and scalability potential
3. Negotiation & Commercial Strategy
• Negotiate payouts, caps, and exclusive deals
• Structure deals of cooperation (CPA / Hybrid / RevShare)
• Optimize margins and ensure profitability of campaigns
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
• Monitor trends in Dating vertical (mainstream / adult / casual)
• Analyze competitor activity and identify new opportunities
• Stay updated on traffic sources, creatives, and funnel strategies
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work closely with PPC / Media Buying team to align on traffic requirements
• Provide partners with necessary campaign data and feedback
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track performance of partners and offers
• Prepare regular reports and insights for management
