Core Responsibilities
* Launching and managing advertising campaigns across multiple traffic sources (Meta/Facebook Ads, Google UAC, Unity Ads, Moloco, Taboola and other native ad networks).
* Daily campaign optimization to achieve target KPIs (ROI, CPA, EPC, uEPC, CR, LTV).
* Performance analysis and decision-making based on data.
* Creating testing plans and running A/B tests for creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies.
* Finding profitable combinations of GEO / Offer / Creative / Audience / Traffic Source.
* Scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining target profitability.
* Monitoring traffic quality and compliance with platform and partner requirements.
* Preparing daily/weekly reports.
* Following internal processes, security policies and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer / User Acquisition Manager.
* Experience with one or more traffic sources:
   * Meta (Facebook) Ads
   * Google UAC
   * Unity Ads
   * Moloco
   * Taboola
   * Other Native Ad Networks
* Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics:
   * ROI
   * CPA
   * EPC
   * uEPC
   * CTR
   * CR
   * CPC
   * CPI
   * LTV
* Experience launching and scaling mobile applications and link.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
* Experience with tracking platforms (Keitaro).
* Experience with A/B testing.
* Ability to evaluate and improve creative performance.
* Self-driven, responsible and result-oriented.
