N5Deal is an international fintech and M&A platform helping banks, fintech companies, investors and entrepreneurs:
• discover and evaluate acquisition opportunities;
• buy and sell regulated businesses and financial licences;
• enter new markets and jurisdictions;
• launch new financial products;
• connect with relevant buyers, sellers and partners.

We work in a very specialized and relationship-driven market.

Our founders have hands-on fintech and M&A experience and an international network across banking, financial services, professional services and related industries.

The platform already generates real deal flow. We are now moving from an “early”-style organization to a more structured stage and want to build our internal people processes in the same way: practical, simple and connected to real business needs.

Main Responsibilities
• Work directly with founders and managers to understand hiring and people needs.
• Synchronize expectations between the business and employees.
• Search and select strong candidates for IT, fintech and business positions.
• Run initial interviews and evaluate candidates before involving the hiring manager.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of relevant candidates, not only search when a vacancy becomes urgent.
• Organize and improve basic HR processes: onboarding, probation, feedback, performance reviews and offboarding.
• Help managers deal with people-related questions and performance issues.
• Organize HR documentation and employee records.
• Identify what should be automated in HR processes and formulate requirements for internal tools or integrations where it makes sense.
• Support occasional team activities and offline team buildings.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
• Experience with modern sourcing and recruiting tools.
• Ability to independently search, approach and evaluate candidates.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with managers and understand the business need behind a hiring request.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• English - B2 or higher.
• Comfortable working in an environment where not every process is already defined.

Strong Plus
• Experience in product companies or startups.
• Experience with fintech or financial services.
• Experience working directly with founders.
• Experience building HR processes from scratch.
• Experience hiring both technical and business roles.
