We are looking for a Sales & Deal Manager who can take ownership of deals, work with both buyers and sellers, and move transactions from initial interest to closing.

Responsibilities

- Manage Fintech M&A deals from the first contact through negotiation and closing.
- Work with regulated assets including EMI, PI, VASP / CASP, payment companies and other fintech businesses.
- Find and qualify buyers and sellers and build a stable deal pipeline.
- Understand what the buyer actually needs and match it with relevant opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations around price, structure and transaction terms.
- Keep both sides moving and maintain momentum during the deal.
- Coordinate communication with brokers, lawyers, compliance specialists, auditors and other international partners.
- Support due diligence and make sure information, documents and next steps are moving between the parties.
- Research fintech assets, market pricing, jurisdictions and regulatory context when needed for a deal.
- Maintain the deal pipeline and key information in CRM.
- Use the company’s internal AI & Automation framework in daily deal and sales processes.
- Identify opportunities for further automation and formulate business requirements for improvements to the internal AI & Automation framework.
- Provide clear reporting on active deals, blockers and expected next steps.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, M&A, corporate finance, brokerage, fintech or professional services.
- Real experience with negotiations and closing commercial deals.
- Good understanding of fintech, payments or regulated financial businesses.
- Experience working with internal automation tools and automated business workflows.
- Ability to work with several active deals at the same time.
- Strong English - B2+ or higher, including calls, negotiations and business correspondence.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Structured approach to follow-ups, pipeline and deal documentation.
- Comfortable working directly with founders, clients and senior decision-makers.

Strong Advantage

- Experience in Fintech M&A.
- Experience with financial licences or regulated companies.
- Investment banking, legal or consulting background.
- Understanding of EMI / PI / PSD2 / MiCA or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Existing network in fintech, payments, banking or M&A.
- Experience with international transactions.

This Role Is Probably Not for You If

You prefer pure lead generation over actual deal ownership.
The role does not end when a lead replies. You will stay involved through qualification, negotiation, coordination and closing.

You need every next step to be defined for you.
Deals change quickly. We expect you to understand the commercial goal, keep the process moving and escalate when something blocks the transaction.

You do not want to use AI and automation in your daily work.
We actively automate internal processes and expect the Deal Manager not only to use these tools, but also to understand where they can improve the workflow and provide requirements for further automation.
