Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages;
- Willingness to work from Cyprus;
- 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations, planning, and analysis for a global, high-growth organization.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles (IFRS), and risk management practices;
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred;
- Comprehensive understanding of global financial markets, online trading regulations, fintech ecosystem, and industry best practices;
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams;

Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and update financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity
- Analyze historical and current financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and maintain complex Excel-based financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Monitor financial performance against forecasts, identifying and explaining variances
- Ensure that financial data is accurately transferred and reflected in integrated systems
- Prepare comprehensive management reports (P&L, BS, CF, etc) and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of financial objectives with overall business goals
- Act as a financial liaison to support cross-departmental projects and initiatives
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
- Work with companyβs budgets: gathering of information and its further analysis across the departments
- Participation in automation of business processes and budgeting
Requirements
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Mathematics or Engineering
- Proven work experience with company's budgeting
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and financial functions
- Experience with financial software such as BAS, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
- Knowledge of financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely management reports
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills to analyze numerical data
- Intermediate/Upper-intermediate level of English

- Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS)
- Practical experience with 1c software
