Responsibilities

• Providing user support via chat and remote access, resolving browser and application issues, password resets, and system shutdowns
• Managing support tickets, prioritizing requests, and handling escalations
• Joining calls to troubleshoot and resolve complex or high-priority issues
• Conducting technical onboarding sessions for new employees (approximately one per day)
• Preparing, configuring, dispatching, and repairing company equipment
• Participating in daily team syncs and cross-team communication

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a IT Specialist or in a similar technical support role
• Proficiency in macOS, Linux, and/or Windows operating systems
• Understanding of basic network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of antivirus solutions and email systems
• Understanding of network security principles
• Experience with communication and collaboration tools such as Mattermost, Slack, or similar platforms
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1) in speaking and writing

• Specialized education or completed courses in system administration or a related technical field
• Understanding of VoIP technologies, including Asterisk
• Familiarity with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
• Basic knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW

We are looking for a Product Manager to strengthen our product team in the KYC domain. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and continuous optimization of our KYC product.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive KYC-related product initiatives across web and mobile applications
• Monitor and improve key product metrics, including verification success rate, verification time, and funnel conversion
• Analyze product performance using analytics tools, dashboards, and admin panels
• Conduct market, product, and competitor research to identify growth and optimization opportunities
• Define and document clear product requirements, user stories, and technical tasks; participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Perform product-side QA and validate new features before release
• Conduct demos and knowledge-sharing sessions for back-office and internal teams
• Collaborate closely with product designers on UX improvements and customer journey optimization
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, Compliance, and Support teams
• Manage integrations and ongoing communication with external KYC and anti-fraud providers to improve verification quality and speed
   

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager
• Strong experience with KYC processes, identity verification workflows, and compliance requirements
• Solid understanding of anti-fraud systems, auto-verification solutions, and related KYC tools
• Experience working with core product functionality, third-party integrations, and multiple product funnels
• Experience in B2C products (B2B background is also acceptable)
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Technical mindset with experience working on products with a large user base and mobile applications

Requirements

• 4+ years in product design 
• Proficiency in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Experience in building, maintaining, scaling, refactoring design systems: components, tokens, guidelines
• Strong skills in visual design principles: typography, color theory, layout, iconography
• Understanding of information architecture to organize content logically and intuitively
• Experience in prototyping and rapid iteration using Figma or similar tools
• Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interactions: navigation, interactive elements, micro-interactions
• Familiarity with responsive design for various screen sizes and devices
• Ability to plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs
• Knowledge of user research methodologies: user interviews, surveys, usability testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• User-focused mindset with empathy and strong attention to detail
