Flair is an early stage startup built to help e-commerce businesses find and activate social media influencers. We are a team of 3 founders and you will be working directly with our CTO and CEO.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a full-stack TypeScript developer (part-time or full-time) with experience in building Node.js applications and writing testable, maintainable code. You will play a key role in delivering core product features while ensuring correctness and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SQL, and relational database design
• Integrate with third-party APIs (e.g. Shopify, Instagram, TikTok, SendGrid) to enhance platform functionality
• Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability
• Build frontend UX with Remix
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute technical solutions

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• 2-4+ years of experience building production apps
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js

Nice-to-Have

• Experience building Shopify Plugins
• Experience with Remix or similar modern web app frameworks
• Experience building influencer or e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with cloud services
