Talent Acquisition Sales Representative (Training provided / Fully remote)

We are an American recruiting company with more than 30 years of success in the US recruiting market. As the IT market keeps growing, we are looking to expand our talented international team.

We’re open to candidates with no prior recruiting or sales experience — full training is provided.

What you’ll do

This is a high-energy, phone-based role where you’ll spend most of your day speaking with candidates, presenting job opportunities, and guiding them through the hiring process.

You’ll be making a high volume of outbound calls (up to 150−200 per day) and working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.

Your typical day includes:

• Proactive calling to identify qualified candidates among the ones selected by our sourcing team
• Presenting job opportunities and pitching roles to candidates
• Qualifying candidates and conducting phone interviews
• Negotiating rates and closing candidates
• Coaching candidates before client interviews
• Following up after interviews and managing feedback

• Extending job offers and supporting candidates through the offer process

   

What you need

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable spending 5+ hours per day on the phone
• Self-motivation and the ability to stay consistent in a remote environment
• Goal-oriented mindset: you enjoy targets, competition, and results
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 3 pm to 12 am Kyiv time (8 hours of work with a 1-hour break)

• Personal laptop or PC (corporate laptop provided after 6 months)
