Job Description

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
  Good experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET 8, WPF, T-SQL, Git, and related technologies.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and ability to follow established architectural guidelines.
• Experience with code refactoring and improving existing code maintainability.
• Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, InstallShield, MS SQL Server, and Git.
• Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Telerik is a plus.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Experience supporting application modernization or migration to newer .NET versions.
• Experience working with development pipelines.
• Good knowledge of modern development patterns.
• Analytical skills that support solving technical tasks and reaching product goals.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Windows desktop software.
  Work with Architects, System Engineering, and senior developers to align implementation with the intended architecture.
• Participate in refactoring activities to improve application performance, maintainability, coding standards, and existing flows.
• Support migration efforts, including upgrading to .NET 8.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Follow cybersecurity protocols and best practices to support the security and integrity of healthcare data.
• Utilize WPF for desktop application development, enhancing user interfaces and user experiences.
• Apply Agile development principles to deliver quality software on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous learning and improvement.

• Participate in architecture design and technology discussions involving in-house and third-party software solutions.

   

About The Project
We are building a large-scale automated advertising platform that powers the buying and selling of digital ads globally. The solution is used by leading publishers and applications to connect with brands and deliver ads to a massive audience worldwide.

The platform operates as a high-load, distributed system that supports multiple ad formats (including display, video, and digital out-of-home) across various devices. It focuses on real-time transactions, scalability, and efficient data processing to ensure seamless ad delivery and optimization.

Job Description

- Experience building and operating large-scale, high-throughput, enterprise apps
- 5+ years coding experience in server-side Java
- Excellent Java Core knowledge (Java 8 or higher, Collections, Exceptions, Concurrency)
- Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL), native SQL, ORMs (Hibernate)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (TDD, Mocking, Unit/Functional/Integration)
- Handy use of cloud services (AWS)
- Understanding of VCS (Git)
- Experience working in a Linux environment.

- Shifted working hours 1pm till 9pm EEST time zone

Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Incident Manager to join our 24/7 Technical Operations team.

You will lead the response to technical outages on our e-commerce platform, coordinating between Engineering, DevOps, and Executive leadership to restore service. When incidents occur you will take responsibility for the end-to-end management and coordination of major and high-severity incidents.

Requirements

Must:

• You’re experienced in managing incidents and crisis situations — calm under pressure, decisive in command, and confident coordinating responses across teams
• You’re an excellent communicator and facilitator — able to produce clear, high‑quality communications suitable for senior stakeholders
• Strong technical troubleshooting capability, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers during complex failures
• You understand the intersections of operations and technology — and are excited by the opportunity to strengthen them across the business
• Ability to translate repetitive incident activity into automation requirements and drive adoption with engineering partners
• Experience working in an a retail environment supporting a large e-commerce platform

Important:

• Availability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation model, including participation in an on-call schedule (approximately 1 week per month), ensuring continuous incident management coverage.

Nice to have:

• ITIL certified (desirable)
• Experience of implementing AI tooling and solutions to enhance the incident management service (desirable)

Job responsibilities

• Take ownership of live incident triage and escalation — assessing impact, setting priorities and coordinating effective responses across teams to meet regulatory expectations
• Lead incident calls and maintain clear, timely communication with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and transparent updates through to E2E conclusion
• Run incidents as a decision system, driving clarity on what is known, what is suspected and what action is taken nextFacilitate post-incident reviews (PIRs) that drive genuine improvement — identifying root causes, challenging assumptions and ensuring permanent fixes are delivered and tracked to closure
• Work across our Technical Operations team to coach and mentor other analysts in incident and problem management best practice
• Support operational resilience activities, including scenario testing and crisis management exercises, to strengthen readiness and communication under pressure
• Continuously improve our incident management framework, playbooks and tools — keeping them clear, effective and aligned with best practice
• Build strong relationships across operational, technical, product and customer teams — fostering collaboration and ensuring incidents are managed efficiently and constructively

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in test automation with a strong focus on mobile applications;
• Strong expertise in Android test automation using UiAutomator and Espresso or Appium, with proven experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing stable automation suites;
• Hands-on experience with mobile testing concepts, including real devices vs emulators, mobile gestures, app lifecycle, and debugging mobile automation issues;
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, SDLC, and testing methodologies;
• Basic experience in web test automation and understanding of cross-browser and responsive testing principles;
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar);
• Experience working with real device testing platforms or device farms;
• Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing;
• Experience working with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or similar);
• Experience in Healthcare or other regulated domains is a plus;
• Experience using GenAI tools to support QA and automation workflows;
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-evolving product environment;

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

• Improve and extend existing automation frameworks using JavaScript and WebdriverIO;
• Build and maintain reliable end-to-end test coverage for mobile and web products;
• Maintain and optimize automated tests on real devices and platforms like BrowserStack;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support their smooth execution;
• Investigate test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and enhance test stability and reliability;
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to improve testability and product quality;
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation practices, and testing standards.
