Job Description

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
  Good experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET 8, WPF, T-SQL, Git, and related technologies.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and ability to follow established architectural guidelines.
• Experience with code refactoring and improving existing code maintainability.
• Knowledge of tools such as Azure DevOps, InstallShield, MS SQL Server, and Git.
• Experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Telerik is a plus.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Experience supporting application modernization or migration to newer .NET versions.
• Experience working with development pipelines.
• Good knowledge of modern development patterns.
• Analytical skills that support solving technical tasks and reaching product goals.
• Clear communication, both verbal and written.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Windows desktop software.
  Work with Architects, System Engineering, and senior developers to align implementation with the intended architecture.
• Participate in refactoring activities to improve application performance, maintainability, coding standards, and existing flows.
• Support migration efforts, including upgrading to .NET 8.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Follow cybersecurity protocols and best practices to support the security and integrity of healthcare data.
• Utilize WPF for desktop application development, enhancing user interfaces and user experiences.
• Apply Agile development principles to deliver quality software on schedule.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in continuous learning and improvement.

• Participate in architecture design and technology discussions involving in-house and third-party software solutions.
