• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferably) or AWS

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Middle+/Senior DevOps to join our Agile project(SAFe) in the automotive area.

• Develop and maintain software integration and test infrastructure, including build systems, continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines
• Create and configure end-to-end software build and deployment pipelines
• Automation builds and deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools for embedded software testing
• Work with the IT department to provision needed infrastructure or do it ourselves
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and ready to work in collaboration with developer teams
• Participation in the requirements gathering for CI tasks
• Development of solutions to enable a stable and high-performing automation framework, including work with the infrastructure, with

1. Provide remote technical support to site operators during downtime events, assisting them in returning the equipment to an operational state.

2. Investigate in-service technical problems, assembling information and performing root cause analysis.

3. Develop and validate solutions to issues discovered with existing equipment in-service, which can include PLC logic, industrial robot logic and user interfaces.

4. Develop troubleshooting guides and train equipment operators in their use.

Broadband team works on 2nd generations of Harmonic (NASDAQ:HLIT) Cable Access products: actively developing the industry’s first software-based CCAP solution (“Cable OS”) and cloud native CMTS.

These solutions allow cable operator companies to deliver the IP-based data, video, and voice services to millions of customers. Focus is given to CableOS which will allow it to get rid of the existing HW equipment and to migrate to the cloud, saving customers the enormous expenses for the support of HW network equipment.

The system is based on microservice architecture and is running on the general purpose CPUs. It doesn’t require using ASICs and makes it possible to run the SW both on the bare metal servers as well as on the private cloud infrastructure. CableOS is a pioneer in DOCSIS software defined networking (SDN) with all the benefits it gives to the service providers.
