• Close cooperation with Client R&D team to match requirements, coordinate with co-developers and manager, send regular updates – your communications skills will be very important;
• Drive the architectural design and evolution of the platform, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability;
• Lead a team of five professionals, ensuring effective collaboration, clear accountability, and timely delivery of project objectives in alignment with established quality and performance standards.
• Proactively identify technical challenges and propose innovative solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a timely manner, ensuring the stability and reliability of the platform;
• Developing both personal expertise and team capabilities in the GenAI space.

Description

A program of projects within the Energy domain. We will work on various applications covering design, generation, distribution, transmission, and service crew control. The implementation area of these products is very high-scale (e.g. country-wide systems).

Requirements

• Proven expertise with 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in developing SaaS or enterprise-level products.
• 2+ years of experience with ASP.Net and C#.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript, Jquery, etc.
• Previous experience with OnePlan
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure apps and services.
• Experience in developing, debugging and maintaining code in object-oriented languages and database querying languages.
• Strong coding, debugging, algorithm design and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including working in sprints and adapting to iterative product development cycles.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points

• Experience working with AI or machine learning technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Previous experience with PPM tools.

• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on the latest software development trends, tools, and frameworks. You’ll bring new ideas and approaches to the team, continuously driving product improvement and innovation.

Please note the Project Location is Gdansk and it's required to visit the office 2-3 times per week

Job Responsibilities

This position is for a technically well-rounded individual with experience building and shipping iOS apps. This is a technical management role, with responsibility for high level technical direction for a team, as well as people and process management of that team. Daily code contributions will be limited in this role, but a strong grasp of the technology is important.

This person has a technical background in software engineering and a track record of building and leading a team of engineers and testers. This person will work closely with the product team to define a roadmap for the team, collaborate with other teams and departments to execute projects, and will take responsibility for developer experience and the health of the codebase by identifying and advocating for necessary improvements.

In this role you'll need to support couple of multiplatform, backend components that is getting into maintenance. We will have here a cluster of various mobile technologies (C++, C#, Swift as in JDs). We need someone to support the Technical Decisions (simplifying tech stack) of the Dev Team and be able to understand the code. Development experience or technical lead experience would is a huge asset here.
