As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are looking for a Sales Manager in Europe to strengthen our sales motion in the European market. The mission of this role is to attract new B2B clients and sell customer support outsourcing, multilingual support, back-office operations, and AI-enhanced customer support solutions to companies across Europe.

The working schedule is full-time, remote, and Europe-based.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Qualify and manage B2B leads (inbound, outbound, and referral) across the European market;
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their support needs, volumes, languages, channels, SLA requirements, seasonality, pain points, budget, and procurement process;
• Prepare commercial proposals together with the delivery and operations teams;
• Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management and Delivery teams;
• Maintain CRM hygiene: deal stages, next steps, decision process, stakeholders, forecast, close date, and risks;
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, client feedback, vertical trends, and common objections;
• Contribute to improving the sales process, ICP, messaging, outreach logic, and proposal structure.

Needed experience & skills:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in CX, BPO, customer support outsourcing, contact center, managed services, SaaS for customer support, or a closely related field;
• English level - C1 or higher;
• German level - B2 or higher;
• Experience selling to the European market;
• Experience with deal sizes from 70k to 500k+ ARR;
• Hands-on experience with B2B sales processes: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing;
• Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;
• Ability to manage longer sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong ownership, structure, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with RFP or tender processes;

As EverHelp is actively building its product portfolio, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team working on an AI customer service products. The mission of this role is to manage the product backlog, describe and validate user flows, connect business, design, and development teams.

The working schedule is 10:00-19:00 Kyiv time, remote.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Manage the product backlog: epics, user stories, prioritization, dependencies, and sprint planning;
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and out-of-scope sections before development starts;
• Map user journeys, including AS-IS and TO-BE flows, and identify logical conflicts before they reach development;
• Review UX flows and product mockups to find friction points, missing states, unclear logic, or potential user experience issues;
• Describe and standardize workflows, including AI agent, Copilot, analytics, and integrations;
• Communicate with developers on requirements, API contracts, expected behavior, and acceptance testing;
• Work closely with design to make sure product ideas are translated into clear and logical user flows;

The primary mission of this role is to drive client retention and maximize account revenue. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent service delivery while identifying and converting upsell opportunities. We're hiring a Manual QA engineer who will build the quality process from the ground up, cover all core flows with test cases, and become the filter between development and production.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Own end-to-end manual testing of Evly — AI agent, Copilot mode, analytics dashboard, and integrations with Zendesk, HubSpot, Shopify, WhatsApp, and more,
• Be the first QA on new products: validate our new products before they reach real users,
• Build and maintain test documentation from scratch — test plans, test cases, checklists, and traceability matrices that the whole team can rely on,
• Test APIs using Postman: verify integration points, catch spec-to-behavior mismatches, and keep regression collections up to date,
• Run regression cycles before every release and smoke tests after each prod deployment,
• Write bug reports that developers act on without follow-up questions: clear reproduction steps, severity, logs, screenshots, expected vs. actual,
• Join grooming sessions and requirement reviews to surface QA risks before a single line of code is written.

Why this role might be interesting for you:

You'll own QA from day one — no inherited processes, no backlog of someone else's decisions. You'll be testing AI products where standard checklists don't apply, which means a real intellectual challenge, not routine. Reason for Position Launching & Mission of the Role
To build social media into a structured and measurable channel for candidate attraction, strengthen EverHelp’s employer brand and B2B presence, and drive engagement across B2E audiences, B2B stakeholders, and C-level personal brands.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop EverHelp’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn, with a focus on candidate attraction (B2E) and B2B audience engagement,
• Own and grow Instagram, TikTok, and Threads as channels for candidate attraction, audience growth, and employer brand visibility,
• Manage corporate LinkedIn pages for EverHelp and Evly, driving B2B communication and brand presence,
• Support and develop C-level personal brands on LinkedIn by monitoring industry trends, thought leaders, and creating relevant content,
• Build and maintain a social media analytics system, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting,
• Generate concepts and creatives for paid candidate attraction campaigns across Instagram and Facebook,
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners for both B2E and B2B initiatives,
• Prepare clear creative briefs and tasks for the design team,
• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to ensure effective handover and processing of organic candidates,
• Partner with the Brand team to communicate employer branding initiatives, events, and company activities.

Needed experience & skills:

• 1+ year of experience in Social Media Management,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate+),

The primary mission of this role is to drive client retention and maximize account revenue. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent service delivery while identifying and converting upsell opportunities. Success in this role is defined by long-term client satisfaction, account expansion, and measurable revenue growth.
