Your focus as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

You’ll help our clients’ international support teams grow by hiring multilingual Customer Support Agents and Technical Support specialists. Your main focus will be roles requiring Italian, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, and other languages, tailoring your search to each project and market.
 

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multilingual Customer Support and Technical Support roles, from kick-off to the candidate’s start date.
• Source and engage candidates across international markets, tailoring channels and outreach to each role.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess experience, motivation, and alignment with the role’s workload, schedule, and compensation.
• Partner with hiring managers to align requirements, coordinate interviews, and gather timely feedback.
• Keep candidates informed and ATS records up to date throughout the process.
• Track funnel performance and test new sourcing approaches and AI tools to improve hiring.
• Occasionally support hiring for Quality Control, Team Lead, and entry-level roles in core teams.
   

About you:

• You have at least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally around 1–2 years.
• Your English is Upper-Intermediate or higher, and you can conduct interviews and handle professional communication in English.
• You have successfully filled non-tech roles and can independently manage the full recruitment cycle.
• You can proactively source and engage candidates beyond inbound applications.
• You conduct structured interviews and provide evidence-based candidate assessments.
• You understand basic recruitment funnel metrics and use them to identify areas for improvement.
• You can manage several vacancies at once and prioritise effectively.

Experience recruiting Customer Support or multilingual specialists, hiring across international markets, or working in outsourcing / BPO would be a plus.

We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative (Hospitality) to join our team.

This role is part of a newly launched international project in the hospitality industry, supporting guests throughout their stay and ensuring they receive exceptional service at every stage of their journey.

You'll communicate with guests across multiple channels, helping them with booking-related questions, property access, reservations, and other service requests. We're looking for professionals who genuinely enjoy helping people, stay calm under pressure, and believe that every interaction should leave guests with a positive impression.

Working schedule:

• Monday–Sunday;
• 5 shifts per week on a rotating schedule, 2 obligatory night shifts, first couple of months no night shifts;
• Shift options:
  • 07:00–16:00 CET
  • 15:00–00:00 CET
  • 23:00–08:00 CET
• 30-min. lunch break;
• +25 min. sanitary break
• Schedules are shared one week in advance.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Providing support to guests via phone calls, email, chat, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms;
• Assisting guests with booking questions, reservation updates, and property access;
• Delivering service with a true hospitality mindset, always putting the guest experience first;
• Resolving guest inquiries efficiently while maintaining a warm, professional, and empathetic tone;
• Escalating critical cases, such as refund requests, legal matters, or complaints requiring special attention, to the appropriate internal teams;
• Accurately documenting customer interactions using internal systems and tools;
• Collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.

Needed experience & skills:Required:

• German (B2+) and English (B2+)
• At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Support, Hospitality, or another customer-facing role;
• Confidence communicating with customers across multiple channels.

As one of our international customer support projects is entering its peak season, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the team on a full-time contract to December 18, 2026.

Working schedule:

The role requires a full-time workload of approximately 40 hours per week, with one of the following schedules:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30-18:00 CET, Friday: 8:30-17:30 CET;
• or Monday-Thursday: 7:30-17:00 CET, Friday: 7:30-17:00 CET.

A 1-hour break is included in the schedule.

Your future responsibilities include:

• Managing a variety of customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests;
• Offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling;
• Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays;
• Communicating essential customer messages to key departments such as Category Management, Logistics, and Product Data.

Needed experience & skills:

• You have proficiency in German (B2-C1) and feel confident communicating with customers both in writing and over the phone;
• Previous experience in Customer Support or e-commerce is a plus, but not a must - we are also open to candidates from other customer-facing backgrounds who are motivated to learn;
• You have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, allowing you to understand customer requests and find solutions;
• You are attentive to detail and able to work accurately with instructions and processes;
• You are responsible, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of your work;
• You possess strong communication skills and can handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and with empathy.
