We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager / Lead Generator to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and know how to generate leads, we’d be happy to meet you. 🚀

Responsibilities:

- Search for potential clients and generate new leads

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Negotiate terms and support clients throughout the sales process

- Manage ongoing communication with clients

- Work closely with the team to ensure successful project delivery

- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term clients

Requirements:

- English level B2 (written and spoken)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Sales mindset and proactive attitude

- Experience in sales, account management, or lead generation will be an advantage

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets

- Responsibility and good organizational skills

Про проєкт:
Інноваційний стартап, що працює на перетині AI та real-time комунікацій.
Мета — створити сучасний web-додаток із розумними алгоритмами, швидкою взаємодією та self-hosted інфраструктурою.

Ваші задачі:

• Розробка та підтримка web-додатку на Next.js.
• Інтеграція real-time функцій через WebRTC / LiveKit.
• Робота з Supabase (Postgres), включно з локальним розгортанням.
• Створення інтерфейсів із Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui.
• Оптимізація архітектури, CI/CD, GitOps, деплой на Vercel.
• Активне використання AI-інструментів (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor) у процесі розробки.
   

Основні вимоги (Must-have):

• Глибокі знання Next.js та екосистеми React.
• Досвід Full-stack розробки на TypeScript / JavaScript.
• Практичний досвід роботи з WebRTC (чат або відео-застосунки).
• Знання одного з ORM — Drizzle (перевага) або Prisma.
• Володіння Git / GitOps.
• Регулярне використання AI-асистентів у розробці.
   

Буде плюсом:

• Інтеграція Stripe або робота з Firebase.
• Знання Docker, GitLab CI/CD, досвід налаштування пайплайнів.
• Розуміння Cloudflare Workers або Edge Computing.
• Базові знання Python
