Collaborator is a PR distribution marketplace created to help SEO specialists and marketers distribute content on websites and social media.

We are looking for a remote, full-time Onboarding & Sales Manager to join our team and run product demos, onboard new clients, and support their success on the platform.

 Key responsibilities:

• Conduct product demos for potential clients in US time zones (EST/PST), clearly explaining platform features and value based on client needs;
• Onboard new clients: guide them from signup to a confident and effective start on the platform;
• Help clients build and refine their SEO/linkbuilding strategy using Сollaborator.pro, aligned with their business goals;
• Provide hands-on support during the first stages of client activity and answer strategic and product-related questions;
• Collect client feedback and share insights with the product and internal teams to improve the user experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in SEO and link building (guest posts, backlinks, PR placements, outreach, etc.);
• Experience in sales, onboarding, customer success, or account management;
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written), with confidence presenting to clients;
• Ability to work with clients in American time zones;
• Strategic mindset and the ability to recommend optimal approaches for using the platform.

We are looking for a remote, full-time copywriter to join our team and help grow and improve our blog and social media.
 

Requirements:

• Fluent English is a must (certificate will be a plus).
• Excellent writing skills and a creative mindset.
• Experience in English copywriting and long-form content creation — articles, landing pages, emails, a white papers.
• Understanding of basic SEO principles.
• Experience in IT content creation.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in editing & proofreading English content, especially on SEO and marketing topics.
• Experience in writing LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook posts.
• Practical experience in managing a team of remote copywriters.

Key Responsibilities:

Content creation for our blog: writing articles on SEO and marketing themes of varying lengths with attention to detail and uploading them to our blog. This also includes working with visual elements. Additionally, updating and enhancing existing content, as well as translation from/to Ukrainian, are part of the role.
Content creation and posting on our official social media.

Шукаємо досвідченого спеціаліста Strong Middle/Senior Backend Developer до нашого IT-підрозділу, для роботи над новими та існуючими завданнями Collaborator.pro та майбутніми проєктами.

Стек: Yii2 Framework, PHP 8.3+, MySQL, RESTful APIs, OOP, Nginx базове налаштування, Git, Linux/Unix, Composer semver, PHPUnit, HTML/CSS/JavaScript (базове розуміння).

Завдання: Проектування та розробка backend частин проекту.

Вимоги:
 

• Досвід комерційної розробки PHP від 2х років;
• впевнена робота з індексами в Mysql;
• розуміння базових типових атак (XSS, СSRF, SQL- інєкції, тощо) та захист від них в web додатках;
• бажаний досвід роботи зі спостереженнями та побудовою графіків — Graphana, Sentry, Zabbix;
• досвід у розробці та проектуванні високонавантажених систем, фінтеху, бухгалтерського обліку;
• розуміння та бажання працювати за Agile/Scrum методології;
• готовність до саморозвитку, самоконтролю.

Зараз ми активно шукаємо Payment Manager ФОП/ТОВ — людину, яка розділить відповідальність за фінансові транзакції компанії.

Наш ідеальний спеціаліст має досвід

Обов’язково:

• роботи з ФОП (ведення, документообіг, виплати);
• роботи платіжним оператором (payment manager) ТОВ;
• вміння користуватись Google Sheets на рівні створення формул імпорту між документами та здатен загуглити або спитати у ChatGPT як вирішити ті чи інші задачі;
• складання звітності та проведення аудиту;
• вміння та бажання працювати в команді;
• здатність брати відповідальність за свою ділянку роботи;
• здатність швидко навчатися;
• вміння самостійно аналізувати та розбиратись в нових фінансових інструментах.

Бажано:

• знання англійської мови на рівні B2 (письмово — обов’язково)

Посадові обов’язки:

• робота з ФОПами: ведення документообігу, проведення виплат;
• введеня платежів ТОВ;
• проведення транзакцій через платіжні системи;
• проведення безготівкових транзакцій;
• виставлення інвойсів;
• обробка повернень та інших фінансових операцій;
• контроль транзакцій;
• та інші завдання пов’язані з проведенням та контролем платежів.
