About the Project

Our client is building a cloud-native fintech platform with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and security.

The system is based on microservices architecture, deployed in GCP, and serves high-load business-critical workflows.
You’ll work across the stack — shaping backend services, frontend interfaces, and the infrastructure that ties everything together.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who is equally confident in frontend and backend development, understands cloud environments, and can contribute to architectural decisions.

This is a hands-on role with strong influence on technical direction and engineering quality.

What You’ll Do

Build & Scale the Platform

• Develop fullstack features using TypeScript, Node.js, and Vue.js
• Design and implement microservices and API integrations
• Build and maintain scalable backend services
• Develop clean, maintainable frontend interfaces
• Ensure performance, reliability, and security across the stack

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and operate services in GCP
• Work with Kubernetes and containerized applications
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate on infrastructure-as-code and cloud best practices
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems

Collaborate & Lead

• Work closely with product, frontend, backend, and DevOps teams
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical planning
• Mentor engineers and promote best engineering practices

• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

   

What You Bring

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong fullstack expertise:
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Vue.js
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud-native development
• Hands-on experience with:
  • GCP
  • Kubernetes
  • CI/CD automation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or other regulated domains
• Knowledge of system design for high-load applications
• Experience mentoring or leading engineers

About the Product

Taste Labs is building The Taste Labs Agent — a conversational intelligence layer that transforms traditional e-commerce into Agentic Commerce.

This Agent is not “support”. It is:

• A Smart Importer coordinating international group-buys
• A Culinary Advisor educating customers and shaping demand
• A Commerce Operator managing pricing, payments, and logistics through conversation

The Agent lives across Website Chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram, acting as the single interface between customers, CRM, inventory, payments, and operations.

You’ll design and lead the system that turns natural language into business execution.

The Role

We’re looking for a Lead AI & Automation Engineer who can own the architecture of an agentic, stateful, multi-channel AI system end-to-end.

This is a hands-on leadership role with deep influence over:

• AI architecture
• System design
• Conversation intelligence
• Business logic automation

You’ll work closely with founders, product, and operations — translating complex real-world commerce flows into a scalable AI-driven platform.

What You’ll Do

Build the Agentic Core

• Architect and implement a stateful Agent Engine maintaining context across Website, WhatsApp, and Telegram
• Design multi-turn conversation flows with robust context switching
• Build intent, entity, and sentiment recognition to adapt agent behavior in real time

Commerce & Automation Logic

• Integrate the Agent with BOSS CRM — the source of truth for:
  • Customer history
  • Dynamic pricing (private vs wholesale logic)
  • Group order status
• Implement Group Order Lifecycle logic:
  • Demand detection & recruitment
  • Payment split orchestration (50/50 models)
  • Import coordination and status tracking

AI & Intelligence Integration

• Design and optimize LLM-based pipelines using OpenAI API / LangChain
• Implement feedback loops, conversation logging, and continuous learning mechanisms
• Define measurable AI performance metrics (conversion, resolution, satisfaction)

Messaging & Platform Integrations

• Build rich conversational experiences using:
  • WhatsApp Business API (notifications, media, flows)
  • Telegram Bot API (commands, broadcasts, community logic)
  • Ensure reliability and scalability across channels

Payments & Logistics

• Integrate Stripe / PayPal payment flows and webhook-based automation
• Handle multi-stage payments, variable pricing, and inventory constraints

• Ensure correctness and resilience in financial workflows

   

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong system-level thinking — you design platforms, not just features
• Proven hands-on experience with:
  • LLMs, intent recognition, entity extraction
  • Complex state management in conversational systems
• Backend expertise with Node.js or Python
• Experience integrating APIs for messaging, payments, and e-commerce
• Ability to clearly communicate architectural decisions to CTO / founder-level stakeholders
• Fluent English

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with WooCommerce internals
• Background in automation-heavy or AI-first products

• Experience building systems with strong operational impact
