The Role

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic arbitrage, and media buying.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting professionals for our clients, primarily Media Buyers across different traffic sources and verticals.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions in affiliate marketing, traffic arbitrage, and performance marketing, primarily Media Buyers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram communities, and industry-specific networks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of relevant professionals across different traffic sources and verticals.

Candidate Evaluation

• Assess candidates' hands-on experience with traffic sources, verticals, advertising budgets, and campaign performance.
• Evaluate technical expertise, seniority, communication skills, and suitability for specific roles.

Recruitment Process Management

• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate further interview stages with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage candidate communication, follow up on feedback, and drive vacancies towards successful closure.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within affiliate marketing, media buying, traffic arbitrage, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and how traffic arbitrage businesses operate.
• Practical knowledge of different media buying roles, traffic sources, and advertising platforms.
• Understanding of different verticals, including iGaming, Gambling, Nutra, Crypto, E-commerce, and others.
• Ability to evaluate Media Buyers based on their actual experience, budgets, traffic sources, and campaign results.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, and industry-specific communities.
• An existing network of contacts within the affiliate marketing and media buying industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage several vacancies, and deliver results.
