• Launch, Manage, and Optimize advertising campaigns for clients, focusing on Facebook (Meta) 
• Strategic Consulting: Provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and other key business metrics.
• Client Communication: Engage directly with clients via Slack, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports

• 6 months of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (willingness to grow into Google Ads is a strong plus)
• Interest in working with US and EU markets and readiness for evening overlap with the US (approximately 6:00–9:00 PM Kyiv time)
• Confidence in an English-speaking environment and genuine enjoyment of client and team communication (spoken English is required)

• Motivation to grow either in technical optimization or in the creative/strategic direction

The first week is dedicated fully to onboarding — no client projects. The focus is on learning our internal documentation, processes, and approach to performance marketing.

The full onboarding program lasts 3 months and includes:

• Internal training system for account management
• Analytics course (business metrics, unit economics, data interpretation)
• Creative strategy course by Dara Denney
• Google Ads course for e-commerce
   

Within 9–12 months of collaboration:

• Transition from supervised work to independent account management
• Mastering 30–60–90 day strategic planning
• Deep understanding of unit economics and performance impact

• Identifying and strengthening your main direction: technical optimization or creative strategy

   

Responsibilities

• Managing 5–7 advertising accounts under the mentorship of a Team Lead
• Analyzing performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, margin
• Building test plans and performance hypotheses
• Working with creatives: briefing, feedback, and performance analysis
• Using analytics tools (GA4, Shopify, Clarity, etc.)
• Working with AI tools, including GoMarble

• Participating in client and partner calls
