Responsibilities:
- Build and own the end-to-end Product Security lifecycle across all company products;
- Define, implement, and enforce Secure SDLC, embedding security from design through production;
- Lead and manage Product Security teams including Pentesting, Application Security, Application Security Architecture, DevSecOps, and Cloud Security Operations;
- Drive security architecture reviews and threat modeling for new and existing products;
- Own product vulnerability management, including discovery, triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and verification;
- Define and oversee pentesting and offensive security strategy, scope, cadence, and remediation follow-up;

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with P&L, cash flow, and unit economics
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing financial processes and systems

We are looking for a Chief Turret Systems Design Engineer to lead the development of high-precision melee engagement systems. Your key task will be to create a compact turret with automatic guidance, capable of effectively hitting fast and small targets at a short distance.

It is a complex, technologically rich and engineering-demanding product, where each constructive solution affects not only tactical efficiency, but also calculation safety and stability of system operation in conditions of field application. The turret should have two formats of use:

— fixed installation;

— integration on moving platforms.

We move from the stage of experimental concepts to the creation of an engineering-mature system, so the quality of design, the durability of mechanics, the accuracy of guidance algorithms and the reliability of all — nodes are critical.

You will be responsible for the full engineering cycle: from the formation of the product architecture and the selection of technological solutions to the synchronization of the work of mechanics, electronics, software developers and production. Your work will be closely integrated with the hardware, embedded, computer vision and testing teams.

Expected results:

1. First month of work

Familiarize yourself with the company's capabilities and technologies (AI, camera systems, board development, embedded systems, CNC, experimental production, etc.).
Together with colleagues, prepare a basic technical task for a product prototype.
2. The first three months of work

Create a plan to integrate existing capabilities and technologies into the product prototype for a quick start. Prepare a list of necessary components, budget and other supporting documentation.
In 3 months, develop, assemble and test a mechanical turret prototype. It is necessary to develop a mechanical part (chassis). Most electronic components can be used in the form of ready-made solutions that are already available in the company (AI modules, camera systems, control modules, etc.). The main goal of — is to confirm the concept as quickly as possible.
Conduct laboratory tests.
3. First nine months of work

Based on the results of the previous stages, develop a mechanical platform that will meet the requirements of application on moving platforms.
Run experimental use of a small batch of products.
Complete a complete set of design documentation for serial production.
