    Who are we looking for?

    ● 4+ years of experience in BI / reporting roles.

    ● Strong hands-on experience with Power BI: report and dashboard development, semantic models/datasets, performance optimisation, data modelling within Power BI.

    ● Experience with Power Apps

    ● Experience working in BAU or support environments with SLAs

    ● Solid understanding of data flows and collaboration with Data Engineering teams

    ● Experience resolving reporting and application incidents

    ● Ability to optimise performance, usability, and consistency
