Role overview 
The Partnership Manager (HQ) is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth, market expansion, and product scalability across AsiaFinance Group’s markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with external partners such as fintech platforms, payment providers, banks, aggregators, merchants, lead-generation partners, and technology vendors. The Partnership Manager plays a critical role in shaping AFG’s ecosystem strategy and supporting long-term commercial objectives. This position is a key contributor to AFG’s long‑term commercial strategy and offers strong potential for professional growth within the commercial and strategic development vertical, subject to performance and business needs.
 

Key Responsibilities 
 

Partnership Strategy & Development
• Identify, assess, and onboard new strategic partnerships aligned with AFG’s business and market expansion goals.
• Develop partnership strategies for different markets, channels, and product lines.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities through commercial, operational, and risk lenses, including business case preparation.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential partners and partnership models. 

Partnership Management & Growth
• Own and manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term value creation and performance optimization.
• Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, and SLAs in collaboration with legal, finance, and risk teams.
• Monitor partner performance using KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous optimization.
• Coordinate joint initiatives, launches, and growth projects with partners across multiple markets.
• Support new product launches and market entries by enabling relevant local and regional partnerships. 

Procurement & Project Management
• Support procurement activities through supplier research, participation in negotiations, assistance with contracting, and relationship maintenance with commercial counterparties.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, business cases, and insights for senior management.
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects related to business development and market expansion.
• Track market trends, regulatory developments, and partnership best practices within fintech and financial services. 

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or commercial roles.
• Prior experience in fintech, financial services, digital lending, payments, or high-growth technology companies is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing commercial partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess commercial viability and partnership performance.

5. Активно впроваджувати AI-інструменти в щоденну роботу sales-команди.
6. Представляти компанію на публічних заходах (івентах, конференціях тощо).

Ваша зона відповідальності: 
🔹 Full-Cycle Sales: Самостійне ведення клієнта по всій воронці (від холодного контакту до «закриття»). 
🔹 Discovery & Demo: Проведення зідзвонів із потенційними клієнтами, виявлення їхніх болей та презентація рішень компанії. 

🔹 Робота із запереченнями: Ефективне ведення переговорів та гнучка робота з обговоренням вартості/умов. 
🔹 Аутрич та LeadGen: Тісна колаборація з командою лідогенерації для покращення якості лідів та конверсії.

Що для нас важливо: 
🔹 Досвід: 2+ роки у ролі Full-Cycle Sales / Closer у B2B сегменті (досвід в IT/SaaS/Outsource буде великим плюсом).

      Що ти робитимеш

      CRM та процеси

• Адмініструвати та розвивати HubSpot CRM (включно з Marketing Hub) відповідно до потреб міжнародної B2B компанії
• Описувати, стандартизувати та контролювати виконання бізнес-процесів комерційного департаменту

• Ставити технічні завдання на доопрацювання CRM та координувати їх виконання з розробниками або HubSpot-партнерами

   

  Аналітика та метрики

• Впроваджувати систему кількісних і якісних метрик для оцінки ефективності команди продажів
• Розробляти та підтримувати аналітичні дашборди для керівництва і власників бізнесу
• Забезпечувати актуальність і коректність даних у системі для прогнозування та звітності
• Воронка продажів
• Будувати та валідувати воронку продажів — від вхідного маркетингового ліда до закритої угоди
• Забезпечувати прозорість кожного етапу та усувати «дірки» у конверсії

• Аналізувати regretted losses та надавати рекомендації для покращення результатів

   

  Кого ми шукаємо

   

  Обов'язкові вимоги:

• Досвід від 2 років на позиціях Business Analyst, Sales/Revenue Operations або CRM Administrator у B2B компанії
• Практичний досвід адміністрування HubSpot CRM — ти налаштовував/ла pipelines, workflows, lifecycle stages, звіти та дашборди самостійно
• Розуміння логіки B2B воронки продажів: MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Deal
• Вміння системно описувати бізнес-процеси та доносити їх до команди

• Англійська на рівні B2 — для роботи з міжнародними командами та документацією

   

  Буде перевагою:

• HubSpot сертифікації (Administrator, Marketing Operations, RevOps)
• Досвід роботи з BI-інструментами (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Знання SQL або базового Python для роботи з даними
